⚠️ TON infrastructure is under attack! ⚠️ Tonkeeper reports that TON infrastructure is under a sophisticated DDOS attack. Here's the website that can be used to monitor the TON infrastructure availability and performance. We are not using public liteservers or other APIs to access the TON network and so far TONPAY is working correctly. We will continue to monitor the situation. All assets inside the TONPAY wallets are safe and are not affected by this attack.

✅ All issues resolved! The Open Network blackout was a serious stress test for the TON network itself and for all the projects in it, including us. However, thanks to the brilliant TON network engineers and our amazing partners, we've managed to overcome all the issues and come out even stronger. We are glad to say that all systems are operating optimally right now. We've also analyzed and re-checked all the failed TON transfers to make sure that there are no discrepancies. Currently, all the TONPAY Jetton exchange transactions are processed, and commissions are paid out. Your account balances should display the correct amounts. There shouldn't be any discrepancies now, but in case you have doubts, please contact our support service to clear things up. Our engineers have also developed a gradual plan for 2024 to continue improving our infrastructure and making our transaction processing engine more performant, robust, and independent. We plan to invest more funds and our attention in this matter to make sure that this situation will not repeat itself. Thank you for your support and understanding. ✅ Commission transactions fixed All commission transactions incorrectly processed during the TON blackout are fixed now. Your commission balance should show the correct amount. There shouldn't be any discrepancies here. However, please get in touch with our support service if you have concerns regarding commission withdrawals done during this period. All TONPAY Jetton Exchange transactions will also be fixed soon. If you have yet to receive your Jettons, you will soon. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding.

⚠️ The situation is partially resolved However, some network issues can still occur from time to time. Our engineering team has developed a plan that we will gradually implement. It will allow us to improve the stability of our system and will eliminate dependence on the TON public infrastructure as much as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation. Sorry for the inconvenience.

⚠️ The TON network is congested again… It appears that TON network performance issues were not completely resolved. We experience issues with transaction processing. Considering the re-emerging nature of this problem, it could take longer to resolve completely. Please keep calm and avoid sending transfers without strict necessity. We will keep you appraised.

✅ Performance issues resolved We are glad to say that all performance issues in the TON network seem to be resolved, and we anticipate that it should continue to work correctly going forward. If you were sending TON coins during the blackout period, please enter your wallet address on tonviewer.com and verify whether they were actually sent. If not, try sending it again now. We will automatically recheck all operations in our system with the Blockchain in the following days to make sure that there are no discrepancies.

⚠️ TON network status update The TON network continues to experience unprecedented performance issues. The network maintainers are working hard to resolve the situation, but it will probably take time. Be advised that your TON coins are safe inside the TONPAY wallet, and this situation will not affect them. We wouldn't block funds transfers like other wallets, but we recommend postponing them. Keep in mind that Blockchain explorers could show outdated information, and your transfers could get stuck in the middle. When the situation is resolved, the network will still process such stuck transactions, so it's better to wait.

⚠️ TON is experiencing network-wide performance issues. The transactions could take longer to process or even to fail. If you are sending TON coins and your transaction is not processed after a few minutes, please try to send it again. Be advised that explorers may show outdated information during this time. If you plan to send a significant amount of coins, we recommend waiting until the network stabilizes. Otherwise, please stay calm; the situation will normalize.
