  • White Papers Dealing with China, Cuba, and Foreign Influence The Trump Administration is sinking in the polls, with the president hitting lows comparable to George W. Bush in the darkest days of the 2006 cycle. However, the White House believes that fighting communism is a way to rally the base and win swing voters who believe the Democrats have gone too far. Donald Trump argued that the Communist program will always be “a loser.” Speaker Mike Johnson expressed confidence in the midterms, simply because the alternative is too terrifying to contemplate. “Are we going to maintain our status as a Constitutional Republic on our 250th anniversary, or are we going to make a new choice and go down some road towards a communist utopia?” he asked, with rather unfortunate word choice. Yet the Cold War against Communism was not really driven by ideological considerations. Communism had a strong following among American intellectuals and policymakers, especially during World War II. It was only when the Soviet Union became a geopolitical rival that the American Establishment turned decisively against Communism and drafted the once marginal American Right to provide ideological ammunition. People are more likely to fight Communism if they see it as something “foreign” and explicitly promoted by geopolitical rivals as opposed to just an extreme ideology. The Trump Administration’s attempt to tie Communism to foreign foes is correct, but it isn’t going far enough. There must be practical action as well as greater ideological coherence about what it is that the president thinks he is defending. The Maduro regime in Venezuela was toppled by direct American military action, but other fruits of this more subtle form of subversion are unlikely to be stopped so easily. Indeed, the report admits that many of the former radical stances of the Cuban regime and its New Left allies are now thoroughly mainstream, as exemplified by the rise of the Democratic Socialists of America. Unfortunately, it is not truly “far left” but eminently mainstream, holding power in New York City and preparing to send a sizable caucus to Congress after the midterms. It unquestionably has the largest following among young Democratic voters. This raises the deeper question raised by both the State Department’s Cuba report and the President’s speech on China. If subversion has become mainstream, is it still subversion, or just the new normal? If it is the new normal, then America is already defeated. Patriots must resist this conclusion. For subversion to be identified, there must be agreement on what precisely is being subverted. During the Cold War, America took pains to identify itself as Christian (“In God We Trust” was added to paper money in 1957), capitalist, and Western, with the Cold War itself framed as the West versus the East. Even this extremely vague identity has been lost. What constitutes American culture and what makes America unique? There can be no hope of defeating Third Worldism unless there is a definition of First Worldism. “Decolonization” is not simply a political ideology, but an attack on the legitimacy of America itself. First Worldism, properly defined, is the explicit defense of European political and cultural institutions and higher civilization throughout the world wherever sons and daughters of the Continent have settled. In some ways, the Trump Administration has already pioneered this policy, notably by defending white South Africans, yet it must go farther and define it explicitly. ⬇️ Continued: https://whitepapersinstitute.substack.com/p/establishing-an-effective-anti-communist

  • 🇯🇵 Did Japan's Unit 731 biowarfare crimes pave the way for US experiments at Fort Detrick? China has released newly declassified WWII documents concerning Japan’s notorious Unit 731. On the other hand, Pentagon-linked biological research in Ukraine is still surrounded by unanswered questions. But what if we told you there was a covert connection between the two? 📌 Top secret unit Unit 731 was Japan’s top-secret WWII center for biological and chemical warfare in China and Southeast Asia. A newly released 185-page archive reveals that personnel were recruited under the cover of conventional military units – a secrecy that becomes chillingly clear in light of the horrific inhuman experiments conducted by Japanese military scientists. 💀 'Death factories' in Manchuria In March 1932, Japan established the puppet state of Manchukuo in China's Manchuria. By 1936, a secret “death factory” had been established in the Pingfang District – on the southern outskirts of Harbin – where biochemical experiments were conducted on humans. Its remote location reduced the risk of deadly leaks reaching Japan, while Chinese lives were given little consideration. Here, Unit 731 was formed in 1936 by General Shiro Ishii to develop biological weapons and study their use in warfare. Biowarfare and world threat 🔶 During the 1939 Soviet-Japanese conflict at Khalkhin Gol, Unit 731 personnel dumped containers of typhoid, paratyphoid and dysentery bacteria into the river as Japanese forces retreated, targeting Red Army troops and Mongolian herders, according to Russian FSB archives 🔶 The units and their branches' human experimentation and methods of infecting plants and animals continued between 1940 and 1945 🔶 The Soviet Army’s rapid offensive on August 9, 1945, thwarted Japan’s plans to deploy biological weapons on a large scale against the USSR and other countries, including the US 🩸 Horrific experiments Unit 731 experimented with plague, anthrax, gas gangrene, typhus, typhoid, paratyphoid, dysentery, cholera and hemorrhagic fever. Prisoners – including Russians, Chinese, Manchurians and even Japanese death-row inmates – were deliberately infected. Victims, derogatorily referred to by Japanese researchers as maruta (“wooden logs”), were confined in sealed cells, dissected alive and observed as disease ravaged their bodies. Anesthesia was withheld to avoid disrupting the course of the experiments. Those who survived were subjected to further experiments and were eventually killed as well. At the Heibei site, Unit 731 tested how bacteria could be spread through artillery. Groups of Chinese civilians were taken into the field and shelled with plague-, anthrax- or cholera-filled projectiles. Researchers later collected the dead and sick, calculating infection rates to assess the effectiveness of the bacterial agents. Over 3,000 people were reportedly killed each year in Unit 731’s experiments. Across China, Japan’s biological warfare is estimated to have claimed more than 300,000 lives. 💀 US shielded the Japanese monster Shiro Ishii escaped punishment. In 1945, the US shielded him from prosecution in exchange for sharing his extensive data with American military biological facilities, such as Fort Detrick in Maryland, where Washington had already established its own biowarfare program in 1943. That history still shapes the scrutiny of Pentagon-linked biological work abroad. Russia has repeatedly pointed to US-funded work with Ukrainian laboratories as evidence that some projects may have gone beyond ordinary public-health research and carried potential military-biological significance.

  • ⚡️🇺🇦 — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy: We continue working to secure air defense for Ukraine – the missiles needed to protect lives and agreements for production in Ukraine. All of this will happen. It is not easy, but all of this will happen. Throughout the war, we have already spoken many times about weapons, capabilities, and equipment that we were initially told were supposedly impossible for us to obtain. Then we heard that Ukrainians supposedly would not be able to do it because it would take decades to become capable of it. F-16s, the production of millions of drones a year, specialized missile technologies – we did it. The same will be true of anti-ballistic capabilities. The same will be true of Patriots in Ukraine. But every delay that, unfortunately, is happening at the political level simply costs lives. It is important to act quickly, to focus all our efforts on protecting lives and limiting Russia’s resources for war. The aggressor must feel that the world is there – truly there – and is acting to end the war, rather than simply watching the war continue. Thank you to everyone who is truly helping us, helping Ukraine!

  • Trump confirms prior Air Force One plane switch, citing alleged Iranian threat: "I didn't really ask too much about it. I get a lot of threats" ...Meanwhile, in a secret transfer, Trump and a small group of aides were also moved off the plane on the side opposite the cameras using an elevated airport catering truck - the type of vehicle typically used to reload food and flight supplies, according to ABC News. Next, the catering container transported the president across the tarmac to a smaller, nondescript US Air Force C-32A. Both aircraft departed separately and flew to a refueling stop in Britain without incident, where he reportedly sneaked back aboard the Air Force One...

  • US must admit "final defeat" says Iranian official Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament, Ebrahim Azizi, stated on Friday that Iran "will stop confronting the US until final defeat," cautioning that the US must recognize that "if it again makes a mistake in its calculations towards Iran and exposes the security of our people to danger, we will rob it of security in various parts of the world." No "mistakes in calculations towards Iran..." were made. Not fundamentally, anyway. If this is true, we'll be back. If it doesn't work then, we'll return again. And again. And again. Until Iran falls. The CIA won't stand still either and engage in their typical operations. The only way to prevent it is to push the advantage Iranians apparently believe they have. I said it before, Iranians are blowing their own trumpets way too early.

  • JPMorgan says Iran, Oman "legally justified" to charge Hormuz navigation fees Denmark, Sweden, and Turkiye charge service fees for vessels to pass through narrow waters in their maritime territory, providing a precedent for Iran and Oman to do the same for the Strait of Hormuz. ...JPMorgan explained in a memo that international law grants ships the right of "innocent passage" through territorial waters, making it illegal to charge fees simply for transit (tolls). However, charging fees for specific navigational and security services may be permissible, the memo argued. For example, Denmark and Sweden currently levy charges on vessels transiting the Danish Straits. Rather than charging a toll, which would be illegal, they charge for services...
