🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE We want to provide a quick update regarding the current situation. First of all, the solution has already been found. We only need some time to build enough stock and complete the final steps before putting the system back online. Our support team is currently receiving a very high number of tickets asking for updates, refunds, and individual status checks. Unfortunately, this is slowing down the process because our team needs to spend time answering requests instead of focusing on restoring stock and completing the implementation. We have been operating for over 8 years, and during this time we have had only around 2 months of total downtime, meaning our service has maintained around 98% uptime. For a service like ours, this is something we are very proud of. We have always worked hard to keep everything running and reliable. We are still the only service that has remained active after all these years, with no real competitors. We have always faced challenges, adapted, and improved our systems. Major updates can happen, but solutions are found and improvements are made. We only need the necessary time to complete the work properly. The process may still require a few more days. We prefer to take the necessary time to return with a stable solution and proper stock rather than rush and create new issues. 🔁 SITUATION UPDATE As you've probably noticed, stock has been very limited over the last 4 days. This is due to a major update recently rolled out by Spotify. The good news is that we found a solution yesterday. However, it will take some time to integrate it into our tools. Regarding the login system, the username/password login has been removed, and cookie login is now the only method. This change significantly reduces downgrades and makes upgrades up to 10x faster. It will also help us handle the high number of upgrades we're currently processing, as Upgrader has become much more popular recently. There's more good news: we've also developed a new login mode, which will be released once the stock issue has been resolved. This feature will allow users to log in directly using 2FA email verification, while maintaining the same fast processing speed as cookie login and further reducing the risk of downgrades. We kindly ask for your patience while we complete these changes. Please avoid contacting support for updates, as handling a large number of inquiries only slows down the process for everyone. As you know, major Spotify updates like this are very rare, the last one happened about a year ago. Every time this happens, we adapt, improve our systems, and come back stronger. 🍪 NEW: COOKIE LOGIN SUPPORT You can now upgrade and renew accounts using your Spotify sp_dc session cookie instead of a password. We recommend using this new method as it offers: - Faster upgrades and renewals. - No password needed, just paste the cookie value. - More reliable, fewer login errors and more stable, longer lasting upgrades. 📌 How it works On the website and all white-label websites, simply select the Cookie tab, paste your sp_dc value, and submit. The system will automatically retrieve the remaining session information. ⚙️ API Support for Resellers Resellers can now send the sp_dc field directly to /api/upgrade and /api/renew. Existing password-based requests will continue working without any changes, the new cookie field is completely optional and fully backwards compatible. 🖥️ How to get your sp_dc cookie 1.
