Truth Seeking Pro-Tip: See things, don't look for things. Looking for things builds upon preconceived notions in the mind, an assumption of what the "Truth" is, whether the ideas/beliefs in your head are actually true or not. This breeds confirmation bias, and your mind can make connections to things that aren't really there. When simply Seeing, one acts an an impartial, unbiased observer. Detached from what you want the truth to be, and simply looking at truth for what it is. The information you come across is neutral, and instead of you leading yourself down a path based on what you're looking for, you let the information lead you through possibilities, plausibilities, and probabilities by spectating it. Keep your mind flexible and adaptable, easily able to change presumptions about a situation based on seeing new data. Confirmation Bias, the looking for, typically destroys the truth seeking process.
