  • 📉How can investors protect their capital in 2026? The RWA (Real World Assets) sector is undergoing a major transformation. According to RWA.xyz, the value of distributed assets on blockchain has exceeded $33 billion, while reports from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and McKinsey project the value of tokenized assets to reach $2–16 trillion by 2030. At the same time, the rapid development of financial technology is bringing new and increasingly complex risks. Fresh lessons from the market According to Chainalysis’ 2026 Crypto Crime Report, losses from fraudulent investment schemes and other forms of crypto-related fraud have reached $17 billion. 🟢 AI-driven social engineering attacks: Projects using AI-generated evidence of activity and deepfakes are reportedly extracting 4.5 times more capital on average than traditional schemes, with $3.2 million compared with $719,000 per attack. 🟢 Rug pulls and illiquid smart contracts: Without legally enforceable collateral and clear mechanisms for converting digital assets into underlying value, tokens with no real economic foundation can collapse almost instantly. 🟢 Legal uncertainty: Unstructured offshore issuances without clearly defined ownership rights to physical assets can make legal recovery extremely difficult. 5 criteria for institutional-grade reliability 1️⃣ Legal structure and ownership rights: Clearly structured special purpose vehicles (SPVs) with physical assets directly registered in the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. 2️⃣ Physical and digital audits: Regular verification of smart contracts by independent auditing firms such as CertiK or Hacken, combined with physical verification of the underlying assets. 3️⃣ Proven cash flow: Investor returns should come from actual operating activity in the real economy, such as B2B sales and commodity trading, rather than from redistributing funds raised from new participants. 4️⃣ Insurance of physical assets: Risks associated with the loss or damage of underlying physical assets should be transferred to accredited insurance providers. 5️⃣ Transparent financial reporting: Audited financial statements and relevant regulatory documentation should be available for review. The institutional reliability model Web3Eco 🌳 develops and scales industrial plantations of fast-growing paulownia trees and agricultural crops, building a long-term agricultural infrastructure. Our model is based on diversification across different types of agricultural assets: • 70% of the land is allocated to industrial paulownia, creating a long-term biological asset and building timber value over time. • 30% is allocated to high-value agricultural crops, generating annual revenue and supporting the operating economics of the plantations. Direct asset backing: Each digital investment instrument is legally linked to a specific land plot. Risk management: All plantations are subject to commercial insurance against relevant unforeseen risks. The plantations continue to expand, while the company’s infrastructure develops alongside the growing agricultural market. A structured approach to legal protection, real asset backing, commercial insurance and auditable financial reporting are the foundations of Web3Eco’s 🌿 approach to transparency and investor protection.

  • 🌿 Agriculture: The Hidden Giant of the Global Economy While AI and digital markets are growing rapidly, agriculture often remains outside the spotlight. Yet the agricultural sector continues to form the foundation of a resilient economy. Over the past decades, global agricultural output has reached $3.5–4 trillion, and the market continues to grow on the back of fundamental drivers that cannot simply be replaced or eliminated. The foundation of demand Unlike many industries, demand for agricultural products is structural: • population growth increases consumption • limited agricultural land puts pressure on supply • emerging economies continue to increase consumption • technology improves efficiency but does not eliminate demand According to international organizations, global food demand is expected to increase by more than 50% by 2050. This creates a long term foundation for continued growth in the agricultural sector 🌱 The shift toward a new investment class Agriculture is gradually moving beyond its traditional role and becoming an increasingly relevant area for capital. Investors are increasingly looking at agricultural assets as: • a source of recurring annual income • a potential hedge against inflation • a long term real asset backed by fundamental demand 🌳 One area attracting particular attention is agroforestry, where multiple sources of income are combined on the same land. Modern agricultural businesses are moving away from models where returns depend on a single harvest and toward diversified structures where income is generated throughout the production cycle. This is the model we are developing at Web3Eco through plantation diversification: • 70% of the land is allocated to industrial paulownia, creating a long term biological asset and timber value • 30% is allocated to high value agricultural crops, generating annual income and supporting the operational economics of the plantations This structure allows us to combine two objectives: increasing the value of the underlying asset while generating recurring cash flow. If you would like to learn more about how our hybrid agricultural model works and how annual plantation income is generated, contact Web3Eco support. Our team will be happy to answer your questions ➡️ @Web3eco_company2

  • 🌳 The largest industrial paulownia plantation in Central Asia Web3Eco continues to develop one of the region's largest industrial fast growing timber plantation projects. Today, the plantations are home to more than 150,000 Shan Tong paulownia trees across over 230 hectares of land. The project also includes high value agricultural crops, including vegetables and commercial orchards. Over the past few years, young saplings have grown into mature trees with well established root systems and rapidly developing trunks. This stage is critical, as it is when the key characteristics of the future timber are formed, determining its quality, strength, and market value 🪵 The project also delivers a significant environmental impact. As the trees continue to grow, they actively absorb carbon dioxide, and the plantations have already captured tens of thousands of tons of CO₂ 🌿

  • 🌳 Can you build an agribusiness without years of experience? Agribusiness requires deep expertise in cultivation, land management, and plantation operations. A common question is whether you need to build a project from scratch or whether it's possible to join an established model. In this podcast excerpt, Filipp Bolotov explains how the company evolved, why we first developed our own plantations, and only then opened the project to investors. He also discusses how the investment model works today. Learn how returns are distributed among investors and how complementary crops generate cash flow even before the paulownia plantations reach full production 🌿 #podcast

  • 🌍 What’s happening in the carbon credit market in 2026? The carbon credit market continues to evolve alongside the global climate agenda. Governments are strengthening regulatory frameworks, major companies are increasing investments in emissions reduction projects, and forestry and agricultural initiatives remain among the leading sources of high quality carbon credits. Here are some of the key developments from recent months: 🇪🇺 The European Union is revising the rules of the world’s largest carbon market The European Commission has proposed a new package of reforms to the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). The proposals include updates to the emissions trading framework, greater support for carbon removal initiatives, and additional incentives for industrial decarbonization. These changes are being closely watched, as the EU carbon market often sets the benchmark for climate policy worldwide. 📈 Carbon allowance prices in Europe continue to rise Analysts expect the European carbon market to strengthen further. One of the main drivers is the gradual reduction in the supply of emissions allowances combined with increasingly ambitious climate policies. According to several forecasts, the price of EU Allowances could exceed €100 per ton. 🌍 Companies have retired more than 1.1 billion carbon credits over the past decade According to analytics platform Abatable, companies worldwide have retired more than 1.1 billion carbon credits over the last ten years. Following a period of market correction, demand for high quality climate projects is recovering, with buyers increasingly favoring newly issued credits backed by transparent methodologies. 🌳 Biological assets remain one of the primary sources of nature based carbon credits Reforestation, new plantation development, and sustainable forest management continue to be viewed as some of the most scalable approaches to generating nature based carbon credits. As the market matures, interest in these projects continues to grow among both businesses and institutional investors. The carbon credit market continues to evolve, and with it, the importance of projects built on real biological assets and long term natural resource management continues to increase.

  • 💭 Why Are Real Estate Returns Increasingly Being Outperformed by Alternative Investment Models? In this clip from the Millionaires podcast, Web3Eco CEO Filipp Bolotov explains why residential rental properties around the world typically generate annual returns of 3–7% and what alternative model Web3Eco is building 🌿 📈 The discussion focuses on a model with multiple sources of value: • agricultural crops generate recurring annual income; • paulownia plantations increase the value of the underlying asset over time; • environmental impact strengthens the long term value of the investment. Filipp compares a hectare of paulownia to a green bitcoin: An asset that has the potential to appreciate alongside growing demand, while being backed by tangible resources: land, timber, and nature.

  • 🌳 Which Paulownia Variety Is Best Suited for Commercial Plantations? Paulownia includes several natural species and a wide range of hybrids. Each variety differs in growth rate, timber quality, climate resilience, and suitability for commercial cultivation. That is why choosing the right variety is one of the most important decisions when establishing a commercial plantation. It directly affects tree growth, project economics, and the quality of the timber produced. Among the best known species are: 🌿 Paulownia tomentosa – one of the most widely known species, commonly used in landscaping thanks to its beautiful flowering and ornamental value. 🌿 Paulownia fortunei – known for its rapid growth and strong adaptation to warm climates. It has long been cultivated in China and is widely used for timber production. 🌿 Paulownia elongata – valued for its fast growth and straight trunk, making it well suited for forestry and the timber industry. In addition to these natural species, modern breeding programs have produced hybrids specifically designed for commercial plantations. One of them is Paulownia Shan Tong, the variety grown across our plantations. Shan Tong combines the characteristics of Paulownia fortunei and Paulownia tomentosa, offering several advantages for commercial cultivation: • rapid growth; • high tolerance to drought and frost; • a straight trunk with very few knots; • high quality timber used in furniture manufacturing, construction, and interior materials; • the ability to regenerate after harvesting, allowing multiple growth cycles from the same root system. ➡️ This combination of characteristics has made Shan Tong one of the most widely used hybrids for commercial paulownia plantations around the world. At Web3Eco, the choice of variety is based not only on growth speed, but also on the long term economics of the project. For commercial plantations, it is essential to consider the entire life cycle of the trees, including climate resilience, timber quality, scalability, and efficient plantation management. That is why we grow Shan Tong, a hybrid that meets the requirements of modern commercial timber production 🪵

  • 📊 Where Is the RWA Market Concentrated Today? Competition in the RWA market is entering a new phase. Nearly every major blockchain network is now building infrastructure for tokenized real world assets, from government bonds and real estate to commodities and agricultural projects. According to the latest data: 🔘Ethereum remains the market leader with a 43% share and $14.8 billion in tokenized assets. 🔘BNB Chain ranks second with $5.2 billion, recording approximately 32% growth over the past 30 days. 🔘Solana and Stellar are now close to $3 billion each. Solana supports a broad range of tokenized assets, while Stellar is primarily focused on tokenized U.S. Treasury products. 🔘Avalanche has become one of the fastest growing networks in the sector, with RWA assets increasing by 61% over the past month to reach $2.1 billion. Liquid Network, zkSync Era, and Arbitrum are also expanding their presence, each developing its own specialization within the tokenized asset ecosystem. Today, competition between blockchains is increasingly defined not only by technology, but by the quality and scale of real world assets they are able to bring onchain. That is why RWA continues to be one of the fastest growing segments of the digital asset industry 📈 #RWA #Tokenization

  • 🌿 Another Milestone in Expanding Our Irrigation Infrastructure One of the key stages in building our second pumping station has now been completed. The engineering infrastructure is fully in place: the facility has been connected to the irrigation system, the equipment has been installed, construction work has been completed, and the project has successfully passed inspection by the relevant authorities. All required documentation has been signed, and the station is now ready to be commissioned. Expanding our irrigation infrastructure is a key part of the company's long term strategy. As the trees mature, their demand for water continues to increase. Paulownia is known for its exceptional growth rate, but that rapid growth also means it requires significantly more water than most traditional timber species. By expanding the irrigation system, we can maintain optimal growing conditions while reducing agricultural and operational risks 🔐 Once commissioned, the second pumping station will increase the water supply across the plantations, improve the reliability of the irrigation network, and provide the additional capacity needed to support the continued growth of the agricultural fund. ➡️ We will continue sharing the progress of our assets not only through reports and numbers, but also directly from our plantations. #plantations

  • 🌱 What Drives the Returns of an Agricultural Fund? Returns are one of the first things investors look at. Just as important is understanding where those returns come from and how the project's financial model is structured. In this podcast clip, Filipp Bolotov and Ramy Zaycman explain how the financial model behind the agricultural fund works, why returns are generated in stages, and how diversification strengthens the overall investment strategy. The discussion covers: • why investor returns come from multiple agricultural sectors rather than a single asset; • how annual distributions are generated from fruit plantations and other agricultural crops; • why the project's overall returns increase once paulownia reaches commercial maturity; • why investors participate in a diversified agricultural fund rather than investing in a single plantation. This approach helps distribute risk across different crops, locations, and future projects while supporting a more resilient investment model as the fund continues to grow. #podcast

  • ⚖️ Why Is It Important to Make Decisions, Even If They Might Be Wrong? One of the biggest traps is waiting for the perfect decision. We fear making the wrong choice, taking the wrong path, or wasting time. But the truth is that choosing not to decide is also a decision, and often the most costly one. 💻 In this clip, we discuss why taking action matters more than chasing perfection, along with two unconventional principles that can help when you're facing uncertainty. The first is trusting your parents' intuition. The second is clearly defining the outcome you want and then letting go of it. Watch the full discussion in the video above 👆

  • 🏗 A New Stage in Plantation Infrastructure Development Web3Eco continues to expand the engineering infrastructure across its active plantation sites. In our latest videos, you can see the installation of a new transformer substation. The equipment has been delivered, the transformer has been installed, support poles are in place, and the site is now being connected to the power grid. Large scale plantation development requires more than planting trees. It depends on modern infrastructure that supports reliable irrigation systems, equipment operation, and the continued expansion of the project 📈 As our plantation area grows, we continue investing not only in new trees and agricultural crops, but also in the engineering systems needed to efficiently manage industrial plantations. This infrastructure provides the foundation for the project's long term growth and creates the conditions needed for paulownia and other crops to thrive. ➡️ We'll continue sharing updates directly from the plantations and showing how Web3Eco is growing step by step. #plantations

  • 🌍 Wall Street on blockchain by 2030 That was the prediction shared by Brickken CEO Edwin Mata in a recent interview with CoinDesk. His view is that blockchain is gradually becoming part of the financial infrastructure itself, rather than a separate industry. As banks adopt it for settlement, payments, and asset servicing, the technology becomes less visible and more essential. Whether 2030 proves to be the exact timeline or not, one thing is becoming increasingly clear. The conversation is no longer about whether real-world assets will be tokenized. It's about how quickly financial institutions will integrate tokenization into existing markets. 📈 For the RWA sector, this is an important shift More institutional participation means greater market maturity, stronger infrastructure, clearer standards, and broader acceptance of tokenized assets by investors around the world. For companies building in this space, it's also a strong signal that tokenization is moving beyond early adoption and becoming part of mainstream finance. ➡️ Our model combines industrial agricultural assets with a legal and digital framework that gives investors access to real-world value through blockchain technology. As institutional adoption continues to grow, we believe the market will increasingly favor projects built on tangible assets, transparent structures, and sustainable economics. This is the direction in which we continue to develop Web3Eco. #news #RWA
