  • Abu Huraira reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: “The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday; on it Adam was created. on it he was made to enter Paradise, on it he was expelled from it. And the last hour will take place on no day other than Friday.” The charity given on this day is more virtuous than the other days of the week. The Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Charity given during the day of Jumu'ah is greater (in reward) than any other day." It is a day on which sins are forgiven, as narrated by Salmaan (Ra.) Al-Qayyim said, “Giving charity on Friday with regard to the rest of the week is the best day to do so. This is similar to the superiority of giving charity during Ramadhan with regard to the rest of the months.”

  • 🍁 Today is Friday, Multiply the Salawat for our Prophet (ﷺ) ٱللَّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَلِّم "Ya Rasūlullāh (ﷺ), you buried your mother when you were just 6 years old. You were stoned in Ta’if until your blessed body bled. Your noble wife passed away whilst she was closest of people to you. You were made to leave Makkah when it was the most beloved of all cities to you. You struggled in Badr, Uhud, Khandaq and Hunayn for the sake of Allah. You travelled in the blistering heat of Arabia time and time again to protect this Deen. You led the funerals of your daughters, sons, uncles, your cousins, and your Companions. Nights would pass and your family would have no food to eat. You lay on floor mats which left marks on your delicate skin. Your home was empty of all worldly-items until it made your Sahaba cry. You stood at night weeping for us until your feet swelled. May Allah reward you on behalf of this entire Ummah for everything that you did for us - and forgive us for our lack of gratitude for your favours.“ #RemindersBenefitTheBelievers -Whispers- همسات

  • Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله: “And of the diseases that afflict du’ā and prevent its response is that a person is hasty in expecting a response, and the response is delayed, so he gives up hope, and leaves du’ā. His example is like that of a person who planted a seed, or a seedling, then guarded it, and took care of it, and watered it, but when it delayed in (giving its fruit) and reaching perfection, he left it and did not take care of it anymore!.” [Al-Jawaab al-Kaafi | P. 10] -Whispers- همسات

  • Renew Your Niyyah (Intentions)! Living in a testing era, our beloved Ummah is being persecuted all around the world. The enemies are harming our brothers, sisters and children in every way possible. Remaining is one thing that they will never, ever be able to take away from us, our tawheed; and our determination to stay steadfast upon it. Going through prolonged trials can be hard and enduring. Especially if that involves prison or losing loved ones. As many sisters and brothers are just in this situation, one of the most important things we can do is renew our niyyah! The Prophet of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم has certainly told the truth when he said: Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, صلى الله عليه وسلم, said: “Verily, the faith of one of you will wear out within him, just as a shirt becomes worn out, so ask Allah to renew faith in your hearts.” Renewing our niyyah is so important to stay steadfast upon this path. Have you ever longed back to the early days of guidance? Do you  remember the feeling of true contentment and pureness that all of us felt? That's because our intentions were fresh and solid! After practicing the religion for many years, deeds tend to become habitual and less spiritual. We need to engage our hearts in our deeds and re-ignite the flame of faith. Be cautious of claiming to practice the Deen when, in reality, the only practice you are left with is that which is apparent for others. Actively reminding yourself of your purpose keeps your goals high, your feet grounded, your mind focused, your heart strong, and your deeds fruitful, with the permission of Allah. #staysteadfast -Whispers- همسات

  • Never Underestimate the Power of Du'a Ibn al-Qayyim said, "Du'a is one of the most beneficial remedies. It is the enemy of calamity; it repels it, cures it, prevents it's occurrence, and alleviates it or reduces it if it befalls [one]. It is the weapon of a believer." Remember your imprisoned brothers and sisters in your du'as, as they face trials and hardships far beyond what many of us can imagine. Your sincere du'as can bring them comfort and strength. In your du'as especially on this blessed day of Friday, ask Allah for the  freedom of all those brothers and sisters who are unjustly imprisoned. Never underestimate the power of your du'a to Allah the Almighty to bring relief and mercy to those who are suffering. Allah has said in the Qur'an: وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ [ البقرة: 186] "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me." (Surah Al-Baqarah: 186) #RemindersBenefitTheBelievers -Whispers- همسات

  • Statement Regarding what happened in Al-Roj Camp on the night of Friday, July 3, 2026 Everyone in the camp woke up to heartbreaking screams that could shatter even the hardest of hearts. As has become their usual practice, armed men stormed the women's tents, where only women and children with no means to defend themselves were present, and assaulted them. But this time, they crossed every limit. One of the soldiers—may God hold him accountable—struck one of the sisters on the head with the butt of his pistol until she began bleeding, and her condition became critical. When the sisters carried her out in the middle of the night to request an ambulance, they refused to allow medical assistance, seemingly to ensure there would be no evidence against them. How many humanitarian organizations and UN delegations have visited this camp, only to be prevented from hearing the voices of the suffering women? They are told that no one has been harmed and that no abuse has taken place. "Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best Disposer of affairs." As the injured sister's condition worsened, the hearts of the women overflowed with pain and anger after enduring so much ظلم, the silence of the entire world, and endless abandonment. They all went to the camp administration and staged a sit-in. Life in these conditions is no longer bearable. If they truly wish, then let them kill us all along with our children and put an end to this life of suffering. #FreeMuslimsPrisoners #FreeCampRoj

#FreeMuslimsPrisoners #FreeCampRoj

A consolation to your distressed soul ♥️ Special message from Shaykh Musa ♥️ When you need something from Allah, turn to Him. Not only when the hardship becomes unbearable, but in every moment, in every need, big or small. Our Lord, Allah, descends every night in a manner that befits His Majesty and calls out: “Who is asking Me so I may give to him? Who is calling upon Me so I may answer him? Who is seeking My forgiveness so I may forgive him?” — Bukhari & Muslim So ask Him. Speak to Him. Cry to Him. Depend on Him. Say: إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ “You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help.” — Surah Al-Fatihah 1, verse 5 O Allah, You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help in every single matter. O Allah, help me in everything, because I am constantly in need of You. I am in need of Your mercy, Your guidance, Your protection, Your provision, and Your forgiveness. There is no power and no might except through You. Allah loves that His servant asks Him. He loves the hand raised in dua. He loves the heart that keeps returning to Him. It is mentioned that Allah said to Musa (عليه السلام): “Ask Me for everything, even the salt for your food, and the strap of your sandal when it breaks.” Think about that. Musa (عليه السلام) stood near the sea where salt was beneath his feet, yet Allah still wanted him to ask. The shoelaces can be found in the streets, yet Allah still wanted him to ask. The pasture for the sheep was already spread across the earth, yet Allah still wanted him to ask. Because Allah does not only want to give you. Allah wants you to turn to Him. He wants your heart attached to Him before the blessing reaches your hand. Allah says: وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ٱدْعُونِىٓ أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ “And your Lord said: ‘Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism) and ask Me for anything] I will respond to your (invocation).’” — Surah Ghafir, verse 60 And Allah says: وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ “And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad ﷺ) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me.” — Surah al-Baqarah, verse 186 Never think your request is too small for Allah. The One who controls the heavens and the earth can surely handle your smallest worry and your greatest pain. Ask Him for guidance. Ask Him for mercy. Ask Him for strength. Ask Him for provision. Ask Him for healing. Ask Him for peace in your heart. Ask Him for Jannah. Ask Him for everything. Be persistent in dua. Be consistent in dua. Call upon Allah with certainty. Have firm determination and beautiful expectations of the outcome from your Allah. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Call upon Allah while being certain of being answered.” — at-Tirmidhi And remember: Sometimes Allah answers immediately. Sometimes He delays because He loves to hear your voice. Sometimes He gives you something greater than what you asked for. And sometimes He protects you from what would have harmed you. But no sincere dua is ever lost with Allah. Don’t become despondent and never give up hope of Allah’s good mercy. Allah is always there to answer you, so keep knocking on the door of Ar-Rahman. For the door of Allah is never closed. And remember this beautiful principle in Islam: “Get to know Allah in times of prosperity, and He will know you in times of adversity.” So remember Allah before the hardship comes. Turn to Him before you are broken. Call upon Him in your ease, your health, your comfort, and your happiness — and you will find Him with you in your kest moments. Whoever makes Allah his refuge will never be abandoned. — Shaykh Musa Jibril حفظه الله https://t.me/LightOfTheTruth

  • Indeed when Allah Gives, He Surprises 🪴 An imam of a masjid shares this story: “This is a story that happened to me when I was an imam at one of the masajid, where I had been giving the khutba for many years. The story revolves around a woman who used to come to the masjid door every Friday and persistently ask for help. Whenever people saw her at the door, they would give her whatever they could. I inquired about her and was informed that she only came on Fridays. People continued to give her charity until they started seeing her around the masjid more frequently, and unfortunately, some began to withhold their assistance. One day, after I had completed the Friday prayer and prayed my sunnah, she called out to me, saying, ‘Oh you!’ I responded, ‘Yes?’ She said, ‘Before, people would give to me, but now no one has given me anything. By Allah, I have children who have no one to provide for them except me. I only find Fridays suitable to come, and I leave my children with the neighbors, who are themselves poor and have little to offer.’ I then asked her, ‘Why do you ask the people and not Allah?’ I advised her to increase in making Istighfār. The following Friday, the woman did not come, nor the Friday after that, nor the one after that. I felt a strong urge to inquire about her, so I asked the neighbors and was informed that she had moved. Her cousin, who was among the wealthiest men in Riyadh—infact, among the richest in the entire kingdom—had married her. They told me that she had shared my advice with them and that she and her children would make Istighfār often. I managed to contact her husband, who asked me, ’Are you the imam? My wife told me about you and your advice to her. By Allah, I did not even know her, but one night, as I slept, I felt someone tell me, “Wake up and go to the widow of so-and-so and give her from what Allah has given you.” So I asked my mother about her, and she told me who she was. We went to visit her, bringing some gifts and provisions. As we were leaving, my mother said to me, “Why don’t you gain some ajr from this miskeena? By Allah, she is a good woman, and she’s still young and beautiful.” So I said, “Okay, go and propose to her on my behalf.” And thus, I married her and took her with me.’”

  • A Forgotten Sunnah: Closing Ears With Fingers Upon Hearing Music 🎶 🚫 🔥 Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ place his fingers in his ears when he heard wind instruments and music playing." What about us? What do we do to ensure that no music penetrates our ears and hearts? Do parents take the time and effort to ensure their children are not exposed to any music and teach them that it is haram? Even if it is on TV or video games. Is there not a volume button to lower the volume? Alas, there is but a few people who are actively avoiding music and teaching their families about such matters. May Allah guide the ummah away from sins and temptations of all kinds and towards the true Sunnah. May Allah grant us all Taqwa.

I wish to make a request for the day of ‘Ashūrā’ specifically. I ask that all of us ask Allāh with the Du’ā’ from Mūsā (عليه الصلاة والسلام) against Fir’awn and his people, with the intentions of asking this same Du’ā’ but against the Tawāghīt of today and their followers who oppress our fellow beloved Muwwahhid brothers and sisters all over Allāh’s Earth. The Du’ā’ can be found in Sūrah Yūnus(10), Āyah 88. The Du’ā’ is as follows: Allāh Said: “Our Lord! You have granted Pharaoh and his chiefs luxuries and riches in this worldly life, ˹which they abused˺ to lead people astray from Your Way! Our Lord, destroy their riches and harden their hearts so that they will not believe until they see the painful punishment.” Sūrah Yūnus(10), Āyah 88 May Allāh Release and Relieve our brothers and sisters in captivity all over the Earth. May He Grant victories upon victories to those gathering dust upon their feet, walking the path of ultimate sacrifice. May He Accept all of their deeds and those who have returned to Him and those who will return to Him by His Favour.

As the 9th of Muharram approachs, a day our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) enjoined upon us to fast. And the day after that is 'Ashura, which we are also enjoined to fast. Narrated by Ahmad from Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Fast the day of 'Ashura, and be different from the Jews with regard to it; fast the day before it or the day after it.”  But why have we been instructed to fast on this day? Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the Prophet (ﷺ) came to Medina, he found (the Jews) fasting on the day of 'Ashura' (i.e. 10th of Muharram). They used to say: "This is a great day on which Allah saved Moses and drowned the folk of Pharaoh. Moses observed the fast on this day, as a sign of gratitude to Allah." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I am closer to Moses than they." So, he observed the fast (on that day) and ordered the Muslims to fast on it. -Sahih al-Bukhari 3397 And what is the reward for this fast? Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was asked about fasting on the day of 'Ashura and he said: He was asked about fasting on the day of 'Ashura (10th of Muharram), whereupon be said: It expiates the sins of the preceding year. -Sahih Muslim 1162b So this short fast carries such a great reward. So don't miss out on the bounties of your Lord and fast on these two days

  • Qatādah (رضي الله عنه) said: “Know that sinning in the sacred months (Dhul-Qa’dah, Dhul-Hijjah, Muharram and Rajab) is worse than sinning in other than them, even though sinning in all circumstances is something not to be taken lightly, except Allāh magnifies from the affairs that which is pleasing to Him.” — Stated in “Tafsīr Ibn Rajab” (1/516).
