  • Two pieces of advice to help you study more effectively: ✅Set clear study hours. Decide exactly when you’re going to study and let your family and friends know that you’re not available during those hours. Protecting your study time helps you stay focused and avoid unnecessary interruptions. ✅Split your study into multiple sessions. You don’t have to finish everything in one sitting. For example, complete some of your tasks in the morning and leave the rest for the evening. Don’t be the person who starts everything at 9 p.m. and studies until midnight without breaks. Long, uninterrupted sessions exhaust your brain and reduce how much you retain. Short, focused study sessions with breaks are far more effective.

  • To get 9.0 from reading, you need to fall in love with reading . It may look like a joke at first but it's the reality. You shouldn't just do reading coz you have to but want to. I formed a habit of reading books back in 2025. I was obsessed with reading. I would finish a book a day. So as you can see, consistency is the key. Additionally, use the English - English dictionary like Cambridge or Collins. If you keep translating the text from English to Uzbek, you just waste time. When you are able to comprehend the text alongside reading it will give you an advantage over other candidates. Next, speed reading. You should be able to read the text quickly but also understand the meaning. It's not only about reading the passage fast, but also understanding the core meaning. Last but not least, when you do practice, always analyze it not just by seeing the answers but by writing down the reasons why you couldn't find the answer. What you got and what was the answer. Keep track of your progress. It will help you see improvement! Vocabulary is very important An advice from a person who got nine from reading

  • One of the most underrated ways to improve your IELTS Listening and Reading is surprisingly simple: Do the tests without looking at the questions. Instead of constantly searching for answers, just focus on understanding. 🎧 For Listening, simply listen to the recording from beginning to end as if it were a podcast. 📖 For Reading, read the passage like you would read an interesting article. When you’re not distracted by the questions, your brain can fully concentrate on meaning, connections between ideas, vocabulary, and the overall flow of the text. Many students spend all their time practicing answer-finding. But real improvement comes from developing the ability to understand English naturally. It may sound primitive, but building a habit of simply reading and listening with full attention is one of the most powerful and overlooked ways to improve comprehension.

  • Nowadays, people are living longer after retirement. What problems does this create for individuals and society? What measures can be taken to address these problems? As life expectancy continues to increase, people are spending more years in retirement than ever before. Although this creates challenges for both individuals and society, these problems can be addressed through appropriate measures.. To begin with, longer life expectancy after retirement creates both financial and social challenges. One major problem is the growing financial burden on governments. As retirees live for many more years after leaving the workforce, governments are required to spend increasing amounts on pensions and healthcare. With ageing populations, maintaining pension systems becomes progressively more expensive, leaving fewer financial resources for other essential public services. Take Japan, for example. Its ageing population has placed considerable pressure on public spending because the government must provide long-term financial and medical support for millions of retired citizens. Retired individuals also face their own challenges. Many older adults experience loneliness and a lack of purpose once they stop working. Without regular social interaction or meaningful daily responsibilities, they are more likely to develop mental health problems and become socially isolated.. The aforementioned problems notwithstanding, there are several measures that can be taken to address them. For one, governments should gradually raise the retirement age in line with improvements in life expectancy. Since many older adults remain healthy and capable of working, allowing them to stay in employment for longer reduces pressure on pension systems while helping them remain financially independent. Denmark, for instance, has linked its retirement age to life expectancy to ensure the long-term sustainability of its pension system. Also, governments should create more opportunities for retirees to participate in community programs, volunteer work, and part-time employment. These activities encourage older people to maintain social relationships, stay physically and mentally active, and continue making valuable contributions to society, reducing the risk of loneliness after retirement. In conclusion, although spending more years in retirement creates problems for both individuals and society, these challenges can be effectively addressed by gradually raising the retirement age and creating more opportunities for retirees to remain active in their communities. 338 words. — 9 / 8 / 8 / 8 ✅
