Dear Lords & Heroes, Today we introduced Soul Sanctum — your second line of troop rescue when the Infirmary is full. 🕯⚔️ After eligible battles, wounded troops that cannot fit in the Infirmary are split into: • 10% → Spirit Return — return over time for free • 70% → Soul Revival — revive instantly with Soul Essence • 20% → Lost forever Soul Essence can be earned through passive Sanctum generation, Daily Soul Rites, and Sanctum upgrades. ⚠️ The Soul Sanctum has limited capacity. If it is full, overflowing souls will be permanently lost. 🎁 Launch Day Special To celebrate the release, we have restored troops lost throughout your journey — up to 100,000 troops per Lord, with higher-tier troops prioritized first. Once all launch-day troops have been restored, your normal Soul Sanctum capacity will follow your Sanctum level. Recover your fallen. Rebuild your army. Return to battle. Soul Sanctum is now live in XLords.

Every resolved battle scores. 🔥 Hell Rush — a one-hour window, reopening every six hours. 📖 Scholar — weekly, opens Monday. Research your way up five milestones and the weekly board. 🔨 Master Builder — weekly, opens Wednesday. Every upgrade raises your standing. Rewards: resources, gold, speed-ups and chests.
