To the zkSwap Finance community: After much consideration, the team behind zkSwap Finance is winding down its operations. All remaining undistributed ZF allocated to team rewards, Farm2Earn, Swap2Earn, marketing, and staking rewards has been burned (20% total supply): https://explorer.zksync.io/tx/0x283b14b92761c882566645fcd7041df0c2ed8f42f1794c05cef72bf2a5bde12b Staking rewards have ended. Please withdraw LP and staked assets before September 30, 2026, at 08:00 UTC, when zkswap.finance and all team-operated services will shut down. What this means: (1) From today: new liquidity and farming positions are no longer available through the zkSwap interface. (2) Until September 30: please withdraw liquidity from pools and staked assets from staking pools. (3) After September 30: zkSwap services will be shut down. There will be no further development, support, monitoring, or maintenance from the team. We will also notify Gate.io and Biconomy of the project shutdown and request delisting. Any exchange-specific decision and deadline will be determined by the respective platform. ZF and zkSwap contracts are verified and permissionless. Hence, they remain on-chain after shutdown. This does not guarantee liquidity, a swap price, or availability of third-party services. Users are able to interact directly with the relevant contracts through the official ZKsync, Monad, Sonic, and Stable block explorers. No future development should be expected. IMPORTANT: there will be NO new zkSwap products, token migrations, token claims, or airdrops from us. Anyone promoting these through DMs, “support” accounts, or migration websites is a scammer. Never share your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or wallet credentials. Thank you to everyone who swapped, provided liquidity, built with, and supported zkSwap Finance.

🎉 ZF token contract now has NO OWNER or MINTER. Token ownership has been renounced. 🎉 ⚡️This can be easily verified on-chain at link 🎓 To support this transition, all unemitted ZF supply has been minted & transferred to verified vesting contracts, with corresponding vesting rates defined in the ZF tokenomics. Addresses of these vesting contracts are publicly available in the protocol documentation at docs.zkswap.finance. 🌱 At the same time, current ZF farming incentives have been paused as part of this token improvement while we prepare a better incentive model. 💫 In addition, ZF and LONG staking (yZF) need to be migrated to new contracts. To ensure a smooth migration, the staking withdrawal penalty has been reduced from 1% to 0%. Stakedholders of yZF and yLong can visit https://www.zkswap.finance/earn/staking for the migration. Furthermore, staking rewards on non-native networks will also be discontinued, as we focus on strengthening ZF utility on the native network, ZKsync Era.
