What do you trade mostly?

Reason why i don’t like trading when i see an inside candle… price will mostly consolidate and gives one of the most boring PA. There are models to scalp this ofc, but especially on Mondays i’d rather stay away to protect capital. Study it so you can forecast unfavorable market conditions before getting trapped in the future.
