A summary of the advice of Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Al-ʿUṣaymī regarding raising children: Begin tarbiyah (upbringing) early. Cultivate obedience before a habit of arguing develops as the child grows. Use childhood years wisely before worldly distractions increase. Focus on beneficial knowledge which will protect them from harm. Maintain consistent nurturing and guidance. Never neglect making duʿāʾ for your children, especially in times when supplications are more likely to be accepted.

Bitte unterstützt die Masjid Rahma und helft mit, einen Teil der anfallenden Kosten zu tragen. Vor Ort werden verschiedene Dinge angeboten. Außerdem wird mindestens eine kostenlose Speise für jeden Teilnehmer bereitgestellt, und es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit, in der Moschee zu übernachten. Mir ist jedoch zu Ohren gekommen, dass manche Brüder bei diesen Angeboten wie das Essen sehr übertrieben. Lasst uns daher Rücksicht nehmen und die Gastfreundschaft der Masjid nicht ausnutzen. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte die Masjid finanziell unterstützen wie er nur kann, damit solche Dawrahs und ähnliche Veranstaltungen auch künftig in shaa Allah stattfinden können. Beware of becoming preoccupied with anything else, for indeed Shayṭān distracts you with gossip so that people will not enter the religion. You are in the lands of the kuffār, and you will be asked: 'Why did you not call so-and-so kāfir (e.g., your neighbour, your companion, your colleague) to Islām?' You will not be asked about the condition of a person in the lands of the Muslims. Rather, assist everyone who calls to good, cooperating in righteousness and piety, and do not cooperate in sin and transgression."
