🌀 كيف تفرّق بين cerebral hemorrhage وischemic stroke على CT Brain؟ ركز: 🧠 لو شفت area hyperdense – أبيض قوي، يبقى ده نزيف — Acute hemorrhage لكن لو CT طلع normal في أول 6 ساعات؟ ماتستبعدش الجلطة… ده غالبًا ischemic stroke ولسه مظهرتش الـ hypodensity! 🎯 الفرق البصري؟ الـ bleed = واضح الـ ischemia = ممكن يبقى خبيث في الأول 📌 القاعدة الذهبية: Bleed is bright.
