Press Release No. 2026-06 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE August 8, 2026 Strategic Transition: Conclusion of Operations Today the National Committee of the American Freedom Party, in consultation and full agreement with our staff, announces that the American Freedom Party National Committee will cease operations at this time. Founded in 2009 in the aftermath of the Ron Paul era and in direct response to the policies of the Obama administration, the American Freedom Party has been one of the longest-standing organizations in the history of our broader cause. Over the years it evolved from an unincorporated association, into a fully registered political party under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code. As a 527 political organization, its purpose has always been to influence the selection, nomination, election, or appointment of candidates and to advocate policy change. That structure carried real advantages in its time, but it also imposed strict legal limits on advocacy, activism, and broader organizational work. We are not a community-building group. We are not a think tank. We exist to effect political results within a very narrow regulatory framework. After extensive consideration and careful review, the National Committee and staff have concluded that the American Freedom Party has largely fulfilled the purpose for which it was created. The ideas we advanced have moved from the margins into far wider circulation, now being pushed heavily into the mainstream. At the same time, the compliance burdens and activity restrictions of a 527 entity now consume money and manpower that could be put to more effective use. We do not believe it is strategically wise or fair to continue asking supporters to pour resources into a vehicle that has already done the work it was built to do. Existence for the sake of existence is not enough. The American Freedom Party was never intended to be the final chapter of our cause, only an important part of it. In that role it proved foundational. From its early networks and activity grew a number of later organizations, several of which remain active in various forms today. In many respects, the American Freedom Party stands as a great-great-grandfather to multiple collectives that went on to develop their own independent leadership and carried the work forward in new directions. We are proud of the part we played. We are not closing because we are defeated, or because we wish to do less. We are closing precisely because we and our staff want to do more, and to have a greater impact, than our current 527 structure permits. The regulatory weight that once made sense now limits what can be accomplished. Removing that weight is a strategic decision, one which we are excited to make. It is a great honor and a privilege for us to have served through this organization, and to be willingly and excitedly ceasing operations for the sake of strategic progress. Not many organizations in our broader cause can say the same. Too often organizations and groups end through internal collapse, or under broader negative circumstances. We are fortunate, and proud, that this is not our situation. Going forward, the knowledge and institutional experience gained over more than fifteen years will be preserved and made available. We will publish analysis and materials so that future projects can benefit from what was learned here, something rarely done when organizations cease operations. The various names associated with the Party’s leadership are not disappearing. They will continue their work in other capacities, now freer to act without the constraints that applied to a registered 527. Our working relationships will continue without interruption. Our staff remain in constant communication and collaboration, and those bonds transcend any formal corporate structure. Our various channels will be maintained as an archive of the Party’s record. Should circumstances again require us to reform, the experience and people will still exist. Until then, we choose purposeful motion over mere continuation. (1/2)

Shiloh Hendrix has been found guilty of one of the two counts of Disorderly Conduct against the foreign man who went out of his way to follow and film her and her child. This is a gross miscarriage of justice, and a clear example of a two-tiered, anti-White justice system which clearly motivated these unjust charges. While at a park with her child, Shiloh was allegedly the victim of theft, then followed and filmed by another foreign accused sex criminal. Yet at the insistence of powerful anti-white organizations the state of Minnesota proceeded with charges against the White mother who was protecting her child. This cannot stand.

Independence Day: A message from the American Freedom Party While fireworks light up the sky and empty words about “freedom” echo across the country, the reality for White people, the only real Americans, is one of subjugation, rather than liberty. Yesterday, June 30th, the United States Supreme Court issued a ruling that upheld birthright citizenship, further granting automatic American citizenship to virtually anyone born on U.S. soil, regardless of their parents’ legal status or citizenship. For almost a century, America has been invaded by foreign hordes with the expressed intent of complete demographic destruction of Our People. Both major political parties have been complicit in this process, prioritizing cheap labor, corporate profits, and racial vengeance over the well-being of Our People. Today's ruling further reinforces my commitment to not vote for Vance. It's not just that he has a mixed race family like ACB, he is married to an Indian who has refused to assimilate, and even if she had assimilated, is part of an ethnic mafia which is trying to surpass even the Jews in subversion. And if Vance didn't have the strength to defy his boss on Iran when it was clearly going to be a disaster he won't have the strength to defy the courts if/when they say we can't have a country because reasons.

The conviction of Karmelo Anthony for the first-degree murder of Austin Metcalf represents only the most minimal form of accountability that this system is willing to deliver. A Collin County jury found that Karmelo intentionally and knowingly took the life of young Austin. For this crime, he received a sentence of thirty-five years. This is the maximum the law saw fit to impose in this case. This of course is not justice, but rather a meager substitute for the punishment that such a crime once demanded and still deserves. Because Karmelo was seventeen years of age at the time of the murder, the death penalty was removed from consideration entirely. In its place, the court imposed a term of years that, in all likelihood, will allow him to one day walk free. This is the predictable result of a legal system that has systematically dismantled the most serious penalties for the most serious crimes, particularly when the victim is White, and the offender is not. The American Freedom Party has long maintained that a country which refuses to impose fitting punishment upon those who murder its people has already begun to forfeit its right to exist as a coherent society. When the deliberate killing of a White child can be answered with a term of years rather than the ultimate penalty, and when even that reduced sentence is treated as controversial, the message sent to Our People is not one which can or should be ignored. If those blacks in America who now threaten disorder in response to this verdict are permitted to act without consequence, then let the consequences fall upon those who have spent decades eroding the very laws and customs that once restrained such behavior. They have cultivated this climate. They should not be surprised when it bears its natural fruit. The Reforging of America must include the creation of a system of justice that is swift, certain, and proportionate to the crime. Until that occurs, verdicts such as this will remain not triumphs of law, but indictments of a system that has lost the moral authority to protect Our People. 🛡

Karmelo Anthony Found Guilty A Collin County jury has just returned a guilty verdict against Karmelo Anthony for the first-degree murder of Austin Metcalf. This decision followed a multi-day trial in the 296th State District Court, overseen by Judge John Roach Jr. After approximately three hours of deliberation, the jury rejected claims of self-defense, finding that Anthony intentionally and knowingly caused Metcalf's death. Anthony was immediately remanded into the custody of the Collin County Sheriff’s Office. The trial has now transitioned into the sentencing phase. Anthony faces a penalty of five years to life in prison. We must accept nothing less than the maximum possible sentence for anti-White murderers.

Memorial Day Message from the American Freedom Party This Memorial Day, the AFP wishes to honor the brave White men and women of Our Cause who continue to stand firm despite intense government persecution, racial hatred directed at them, and violence from both the radical left and the Judeo-Conservative establishment. Their courage in defense of Our Heritage and Our Posterity will never be forgotten. We also remember the countless young White souls, our sons and daughters, who were blatantly propagandized and sent to die in Jewish wars. They believed they were fighting for their families, and for an abstract “freedom”. In reality, they were used as cannon fodder for a foreign ethnostate that despises them and seeks the demographic replacement and genocide of their own people in their own homeland. There blood was spilled for Israel. It is a terrible injustice that so many promising young men and women were manipulated into giving their lives for the interests of those who hate them. We must ensure that this betrayal never happens again. No more blood for Israel. No more sending Our Children to die for Zionist ambitions. On this day, we do not celebrate false patriotism or endless foreign entanglements. We honor the true spirit of self-sacrifice, which is the willingness to fight for Our People, and for a future that belongs to Our Children. Thomas Massie’s defeat is a bitter but predictable moment. Zionist-Conservatives, their minds long rotted by decades of Fox News and controlled opposition, have once again purged the only consistent anti-Zionist voice in Congress who actually tried to put American interests ahead of Israel’s. Despite widespread frustration with Trump on endless foreign wars, open borders, and economic betrayal, they still voted to remove the one man who dared say “no” to the lobby. This was the most expensive congressional campaign in American history, precisely because the lobby was determined to eliminate the one voice that refused to bow to Israel. As long as Jewish money flows freely into American politics, they can remove or appoint anyone they want. The reality that many are waking up to is simple: voting our way out of Zionist occupation is not going to be the primary path to victory. As the American Freedom Party, we are honest about this. We do not peddle illusions that the ballot box alone will save us. However, completely ceding the political battlefield to our enemies, especially at the local and state level, is also not the solution. Victory will be achieved through relentless community building, endless activism, support groups for political prisoners, and a wide range of other lawful efforts. The AFP is but one element in this broader awakening, and we remain committed to playing our role as the federally registered political party explicitly advocating for Whites in America.
