One of the main things I wanted to achieve with my transition to the dark side was to figure out how much of a difference testosterone actually makes. To my knowledge, there are not many people who spent over a decade in the gym, optimized their training, dialed in their nutrition, truly peaked naturally, and then eventually got on T, and T alone. To make a long story short, T works, and more T works even better. But unless you cross that Rubicon yourself, worrying about optimizing your testosterone levels is largely a waste of time. For whatever reason, every single natty, myself included at the time, is obsessed with their testosterone reading. Everyone is anxious that it might be lower than what they think it should be. Obviously, your hormonal balance matters, but it is far from the most important variable you should be focusing on.

Turns out, having middle school level slop takes on geopolitical events does not make a lot of sense because, shockingly, world leaders of the 21st century don’t really base their actions on 20th century ideologies. I dislike talking about (geo)politics, not because I am not interested in it, but unfortunately because it brings out the cesspool of braindead low IQ morons that can’t see further than their nose. Anyone who views any sort of large geopolitical event in the 21st century through the prism of ideology is a complete and utter moron. People justifying the attack on Venezuela to prevent the rise of “communism” or to combat the rise of narcotics also probably believe in the tooth fairy. (I don’t give a damn about Maduro and the military op really, really did go hard) Ideology is what is used to bait buffoons online to die for conflicts whose reality is the inverse of the narrative sold to them. That’s how you get countless young men breathing their last breath in some god forsaken trench because they really wanted to join a battalion that allows them to flash certain problematic symbols, or how you get blown up by an FPV drone thinking that you are fighting against “anti-traditionalist globalist Satanism” lol. Realize that no event of great magnitude in our day and age happens because of “ideology” or “principles” but instead because of profit, leverage, and interest, and any time ideology, morals, or virtues are mentioned, it’s because of optics. The forces that be will allow you to roleplay into anything you want as long as you serve their purpose. Don’t believe me? Investigate who supported Nicaraguan Contras, Noriega, Pinochet, Bukele, and the involvement of both sides in the Years of Lead. I don't care about debating you or listening to why your opinions are correct. Not about geopolitics, not about training or nutrition.
