To avoid further water wastage and ensure proper functioning of the system, we will be replacing the damaged pipe. *flush water shutdown is scheduled from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 18th August 2026* During the shutdown period, flush water will not be available in Block 10. *DOOR-TO-DOOR GARBAGE COLLECTION FOR ALL BLOCK* Dear Residents, We are pleased to inform you that the door-to-door waste collection pilot conducted in Block, 1, 2 and 9 has been successful, resulting in improved cleanliness, reduced pest issues, and better waste handling. Based on this positive outcome, we are now extending the door-to-door garbage collection service to all blocks. The housekeeping team will begin daily door-to-door garbage collection from 17th August 2026, between 10:00 AM and 01:00 PM. Residents are requested to kindly follow the guidelines below: Keep your kitchen waste/garbage ready during the collection hours to ensure smooth and timely pickup. Segregate the waste into two separate covers – wet waste and dry waste before handing it over. This will help maintain hygiene and support proper recycling and disposal. Please do not place garbage bags outside your apartment door, in corridors, or in lobby areas under any circumstances. If you are unable to hand over the waste during the collection hours, you may continue to use the regular chute room as usual. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to improve cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and overall community standards.
