  • Some of the Things That Hurt Hearts Hurting words, verbal abuse, and heavy, insensitive musaahah (joking) are forms of inflicting harm upon hearts. Indeed, they wound feelings and leave deep scars in the soul whose effects may endure for a long time, even if clothed in the garment of humor. Beware of sukhriyyah (mockery) and commenting on appearance, weight, or physique. Likewise, beware of offensive gestures and mocking or contemptuous glances, for they can leave as much pain in the heart as spoken words. • I Have Not Found To This Day Any Evidence Imaam ash-Shawkaani (رحمه الله - may Allaah have mercy on him) said As for the Mawlid (celebration of the Prophet's birthday), I have not found to this day any evidence establishing its validity from the Book (Qur'aan), nor the Sunnah, nor Ijmaa' (consensus), nor Qiyaas (analogical reasoning), nor textual deduction. Rather, the Muslims have reached consensus that it did not exist in the era of the best generations, nor those who followed them, nor those who followed them. • What Makes Actions Excel Over Others Imaam Ibn al-Qayyim - may Allaah have mercy on him said: Actions do not excel over another merely by their outward forms and numbers, but rather they excel according to what is in the hearts. Thus, the outward form of two actions may be identical, yet the difference in excellence between them is like the distance between the heaven and the earth. Two men may stand in the same row [in salah], yet the difference between their slah2 is like the distance between the heaven and the earth. • Among the Abandoned Sunan for the Imaams Shaykh Al-Albani - may Allaah have mercy upon him - said: It is better for the Imaam not to turn around—neither to the right nor to the left—except after saying: "Allaahumma Antas-Salaam wa minkas-Salaam, tabaarakta yaa Dhal-Jalaali wal-Ikraam" (O Allaah, You are As-Salaam [The One Free from all defects] and from You is peace; blessed are You, O Owner of Majesty and Honor) and seeking forgiveness three times—except in the Maghrib prayer and the Fajr prayer, where he recites the ten Tahleels (saying: "Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah...") and then turns to face the worshippers. • ⚠️ Double Standard Of Old The Mushrikoon (polytheists) used to demand miracles from the Prophets, while they never demanded any miracle from the idols they worshipped; rather, they worshipped them without the slightest evidence... Likewise, we can see the followers of baatil (falsehood) demanding evidence and arguments from Ahl al-Haqq (the people of truth), while they do not demand any evidence from their leaders among the people of falsehood... t.me/AwfIbnMaalikIsaamicLibrary/977 whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaAjKSJ4dTnLj4gaxv3V #Miscellaneous_Benefits

  • In His Heart Is A Discomfort Towards The Aayaat Ibn al-Qayyim - may Allaah have mercy on him said: You will not find an innovator except that there is in his heart a discomfort towards the Aayaat (verses) that oppose his Bid'ah (innovation), and they know this within themselves and find it in their breasts. Al-Fawaa'id [p. 119]. t.me/AwfIbnMaalikIsaamicLibrary/977 whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaAjKSJ4dTnLj4gaxv3V #Miscellaneous_Benefits

  • Reality of Eemaan: Eemaan is not merely/only outward physical actions, extensive recitation, or ritualistic worship; it must be rooted firmly in the heart accompanied by correct knowledge and adherence to the Sunnah. Danger of Takfeer and Religious Extremism (Ghuluw): Severe devotional acts without proper understanding (Fiqh) lead to ideological deviation, declaring Muslims to be disbelievers (Takfeer), and labeling them as innovators (Tabdi'). Prophetic Prophecy: The hadeeth contains a clear sign of Prophethood (Dalaa'il al-Nubuwwah) as the Prophet ﷺ accurately foretold the emergence of the Khawaarij (sect of extremists) before they appeared. Invalidity of Deeds without Correct Methodology (Manhaj): Outward zeal and abundant worship do not benefit a person if their creed and methodology contradict the Guidance of the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions. B. Fiqh (Jurisprudence) Ruling on Fighting Extremists/Rebels (al-Khawaarij): It is obligatory to fight violent sectarian extremists who declare Muslim blood lawful and revolt against the community. Requirement of Legitimate Authority: The command to fight them ("let him kill them") is executed under the authority of the legitimate Muslim ruler (al-Imaam / al-Waalee), not through individual vigilantism or chaotic vigilante groups. Virtue of Fighting the Khawaarij: Fighting this specific group carries a great reward with Allaah for those who execute it under the proper Islamic authority, as reflected in the Prophet's statement: "Glad tidings to him who kills them or is killed by them." C. Noble Character & Self-Purification (Tazkiyah) Warning Against Self-Admiration (al-'Ijaab bin-Nafs): Pride in one's religious deeds and seeking to impress people (Riyaa') destroys actions and can accelerate a person's fall into delusion and deviation. Seeking Knowledge before Zeal: Passion and worship must be guided by sound knowledge ('Ilm) and wisdom; zeal without understanding leads to foolishness (Safah). Consistency over Quantity: A small, consistent righteous deed performed with sincerity (Ikhlaas) and humility is far superior to excessive worship that produces arrogance and self-righteousness. والله أعلم. • The Danger of Extremism (Ghuluww), Self-Admiration ('Ujb), and Ignorance in Worship Anas Ibnu Maalik narrated that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ mentioned to us: Indeed, among you there are a people who exert themselves in worship to such an extent that they cause the people to admire them and they admire themselves, yet they will pass clean through the deen(religion) just as an arrow passes through its target. Reported by Abu Ya'la (4066) in Silsilatu As-Sahihah 1895 and Sahih Musnad 80. Explanation Here: Another supporting hadeeth: Abdullaah Ibnu Mas'ood narrated that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: There will emerge in the end of time a people young in age and foolish in intellect. They will recite the Qur'aan with their tongues, but it will not pass beyond their collarbones. They will speak the best words of the best of creation (the Prophet ﷺ), yet they will pass clean through the deen (religion) just as an arrow passes through its target. So whoever encounters them, let him fight and kill them, for in killing them there is a great reward with Allaah for whoever kills them." At-Tirmidhi (2188) in abridged form with a slight variation, Ibn Majah (168), and Ahmad (3831) with a slight variation. Authenticated by Shaykh Al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami' (8052)]. 1. Strange words (غريب الألفاظ) 1. Yamruqoon يَمْرُقُونَ Linguistic Meaning: To pass clean through, penetrate, and exit rapidly from the opposite side. Context in Hadeeth: It describes someone who enters Islaam but leaves it so swiftly and completely that none of its true guidance attaches to them—just as a high-speed arrow pierces game and exits without carrying a trace of blood or flesh. 2. Ar-Ramiyyah الرَّمِيَّّة Linguistic Meaning: The target or hunted animal (aṣ-Ṣayd) thrown at or shot with an arrow. Context in Hadeeth: Used in the Prophet’s ﷺ simile to illustrate how clean, swift, and total their departure from the deen is. 3. Yata'abbadoona يَتَعَبَّدُونَ Linguistic Meaning: Exerting intense, painstaking effort in performing acts of worship. Context in Hadeeth: Refers to outward physical diligence—fasting, praying, and reciting—done with extreme zeal, yet devoid of sincere intention and proper understanding (fiqh). 4. At-Taraaqii التَّرَاقِي Linguistic Meaning: Plural of tarquwah—the collarbone connecting the throat notch to the shoulder. Context in Hadeeth: Used idiomatically to mean that their recitation of the Qur'aan remains strictly on their tongues and throats without ever descending into their hearts to produce faith, understanding, or humility. 5. Aḥdaathu al-Asnaan أَحْدَاثُ الأَسْنَانِ Linguistic Meaning: Young in years / youth. Context in Hadeeth: Indicates a lack of life experience, maturity, and long-standing companionship with grounded scholars. 6. Sufahaa'u al-Aḥlaam سُفَهَاءُ الأَحْلَامِ Linguistic Meaning: Fools in intellect; possessors of shallow, light, or immature minds. Context in Hadeeth: Describes those whose thinking is impetuous and rash despite their outward religious fervor. 7. Khayr al-Bariyyah: خيرِ البَرِيَّةِ Linguistic Meaning: The best of creation. Context in Hadeeth: Referring to the speech of the Prophet ﷺ or using the Qur'aan to justify their cause). 2. Issues & Benefits A. Aqeedah (Creed)
