🙏IN MEMORY OF THE MARTYR OF PEACE🕊 🌹On this 17th of August, we remember the peace pilot Rudolf Heß, whose efforts were "rewarded" with 46 years in prison, 21 of them in solitary confinement. On 10 May 1941, the Reich Minister flew to Great Britain in an attempt to end the Second World War. On 17 August 1987, the 93-year-old man was murdered after it was rumoured that Gorbachev might pardon him.👈 ☝️Rudolf Heß's Tunisian caretaker during his final years, Abdullah Melaouhi, wrote a sensational book about the mysterious circumstances surrounding his death, which I am proud to own, bearing a personal dedication.
