“The Raven” Part II The bird that managed to pronounce one word, “Nevermore” ❓ One word is its vocabulary: It is not an indication of anything greater… or is it? 🌟 The raven is a living thing. But the speaker is determined to draw far-fetched, great meanings from the bird's presence. 🐈‍⬛ Conversely, when talking about abstract things, like love, the poet imbues them with life and describes them as living things. The speaker can no longer tell the difference between reality and delusion. "The Raven” is about one of the hardest things to accept. That sometimes, bad things happen for no reason at all It is easier to construct the reason to “make it make sense”.
