Choose the Correct Registration Option For companies and other non-individual entities (e.g., NGOs, partnerships), select Non-Individual TIN Registration. Do not use the “Instant TIN” option because that’s only for individuals. 3. Download and Fill the TIN Application Form Download the TIN application form for non-individuals (Form DT-1002). Fill in the required details including: Company name Business registration number Physical and postal address Contact details Nature of business Directors' details 4. Prepare Supporting Documents You’ll need to upload scanned copies of: Certificate of Incorporation Company Form 20 (showing directors) Memorandum and Articles of Association National IDs or passports of directors Company bank account details Any relevant licenses or permits 5. Submit the Application Online Upload the completed form and supporting documents via the URA portal. You’ll receive an acknowledgment receipt after submission. 6. Wait for URA Review and Approval URA will verify your documents and may contact you for clarification. Once approved, your company will be issued a TIN certificate. 7.
