找到并翻译了几个文件。前两个是秘鲁的，最后一个是印度的。

我们之后还会分享一些毛主义的文件。而我们最近已经在深入研究一个问题，即毛主义和列宁主义的界限究竟在哪里？毛主义究竟怎样发展了列宁主义。我国国内许多自称毛主义者的人实际上是教条式运用列宁主义研究国内问题，某些以列宁的理论词句来攻击印度同志和贡萨罗主席的人，不正是如此吗？革命运动的理论发展已经到了不深入研究毛主义一定会变成教条式修正主义的地步了。

看到有人说我们频道是不是换班子了？那就说明一下吧，我们ca频道是米哈伊尔同志在22年建立的，这一点许多老同志应该了解。自从米哈伊尔同志预感情况不对在24年五一前后转移了频道所有权以后，他迄今为止已经失踪两年了，以现在的俄罗斯的政治气氛，我们也不能确定他是死是活了。自从那以后频道就由我们管理，至于最近一年我因为各种原因换了几个号来管理频道，但是我人没死，只是号出了问题而已，只要中国的革命运动没有停止，ca频道就不会停止更新。我们的立场一贯的是跟随米哈伊尔同志以来的马列毛主义的政治立场，我们不会跟着燎原的政治报路线走抑或是东风一类的融工路线，是因为我们已经有了自己的政治路线，这一点我们在之前发的教材里面已有体现。我们正在通过线上线下结合的方式对我们的宣传对象进行政治灌输和生活监督，我们已经有了地区小组，已经逐步尝试将我们的工人代办员去探索工人群体，我们可以很自信的说，我们没有辜负米哈伊尔同志两年前把事务都交卸给我们的这一责任，我们继续前进着，随着中国革命的运动向前。特此说明。

Also, I'd like to take this as an opportunity to comment on the confusions spread around the Chinese net on the NCC. Some are claiming that 'the organisation might be propped up by the state' without any evidence, except arguing that ideological struggle against an opportunist in the 'human rights movement' would be unfamiliar, and its prior 'non-surfacing'. We can see in the MLM mass movement across multiple states that BSM, SFS, Nazariya all openly took a stand against the OLR of Vishwavijay and Seema Azad. In fact they released statements and articles on the matter, as well as exposures of the OLR by Prashant Rahi. I'd further like to direct attention to the anti-Marxist nature of the statement in support of Seema Azad, which talked emptily of 'commitment to the constitution', 'completely legal work', 'zero affliation with party', etc. There is no reason to believe that the struggle waged by NCC, whose condemnations align with established actors in the MLM mass movement which too, faced severe state repression, is 'state-aided'. It has no basis in reality. Regarding the PoMo booklet by the NCC, as Marxists a principled position from fraternal movements/organisations would be – where there are severe disagreements – to express their critical comments and open a polemic on the matter just as CPI (Maoist) did with ICL through its letter. But discarding it without ideological criticism based on disagreement is an incorrect position. The claim that NCC is 'state-propped' has no evidence.

RSF — WB | Red Contingent led by RSF in Mass Rally in Kolkata Against Paper Leaks & Fascist State Repression Yesterday (July 20, 2026), a mass rally was organized in Jadavpur, Kolkata, at 8B, by various student organizations and mass organizations, including the Revolutionary Students' Front (RSF). The rally was held in support of protesting students in Delhi and demanded the resignation of the Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, as well as the cancellation of the NEP 2020 and NTA. Participants of the red contingent of the RSF raised the images of the revolutionary martyrs Charu Majumdar and Kanhai Chatterjee, burned the flag of RSS-BJP and insisted on the necessity of a militant mass struggle to eradicate fascism with its roots. Death to Brahmanical Hindutva Fascism! Destroy Fascism's Root Cause: Smash the System! Hold High the Red Banner of Naxalbari!
