Andreozzi, 35, of Hamden, died on May 23, 2023 from a witnessed medical event 👀 😲 MAY 23, 2023 – NEW HAVEN POLICE DEPT INVESTIGATES FATAL TESLA CRASH On May 23, 2023, at approximately 7:50 am, a Tesla traveling at a high rate of speed collided with nine vehicles on Nicoll St. Seven of the vehicles were parked, and two were in motion at the time of the crash. The operator, identified as 35-year-old Christopher Andreozzi, was transported to YNHH, where he died soon thereafter. The New Haven Police Dept's Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scene to begin their investigation. They spoke with witnesses and obtained video surveillance footage. The investigation will take some time and will include a mechanical inspection of the Tesla. Connecticut dental student, 24, died in hospital after nurses relied on tele-health doctor giving them CPR instructions from a screen Conor's nightmare began at 11am on August 14, when he arrived at the Bridgeport hospital after vomiting all day and being unable to keep his food down. He had low blood pressure, EKG results suggesting heart rhythm problems, and elevated heart and respiratory rates. His clinical record also noted a history of alcohol abuse 🤔, and doctors diagnosed him with conditions related to alcohol withdrawal, including dehydration, pancreatitis, and metabolic acidosis. Conor was given medication and a hospital bed. His parents went home at 7pm, believing he was stable and in good hands, but his condition rapidly deteriorated overnight.
