Fleming's left-hand rule is a basic principle in electromagnetism used to determine the direction of the force experienced by a current-carrying conductor in a magnetic field. It is also known as the left-hand grip rule or the motor rule. The rule states that if you extend your left hand and align your thumb, index finger, and middle finger perpendicular to each other, the thumb represents the direction of the force (F), the index finger points in the direction of the magnetic field (B), and the middle finger shows the direction of the current (I) flowing through the conductor. To apply the rule, follow these steps: 1. Extend your left hand and make your thumb, index finger, and middle finger perpendicular to each other. 2. Point your index finger in the direction of the magnetic field (B). 3. Point your middle finger in the direction of the current (I) flowing through the conductor. 4. Your thumb will then indicate the direction of the force (F) experienced by the conductor.
Electromagnetic Induction : Electromagnetic or magnetic induction is the production of an electromotive force across an electrical conductor in a changing magnetic field.
Principle of Transformer : Electromagnetic Induction and Mutual Induction.
What is a Transformer? A transformer is a device used in the power transmission of electric energy. The transmission current is AC. It is commonly used to increase or decrease the supply voltage without a change in the frequency of AC between circuits.
Define the Ideal Transformer? An ideal transformer is a fantasy transformer in which no losses happen at all. In another language, the transformer Input authority is equivalent to the output authority of the transformer, i.e. they have 100% competence. It is just a hypothetical transformer because there must be some losses in a genuine transformer. Transformer input Power = Transformer Output Power.
What do you mean by electric traction? Electric traction means with the electric power for the grip system. Electric traction means utilize of the electricity for railways, trams, trolleys etc. Nowadays, magnetic toehold is also used for projectile trains. And essentially dc motors are used for electric traction systems.
