English Fess’ earnings have never been used for the personal benefit of any admin. Every payment received has either been reinvested into improving and maintaining English Fess or remained in our funds for future operational needs. It has played a huge role in helping us resolve @disappointedenggieslmfao and clear up some misunderstandings. We also want to thank you for being kind enough to voice your opinions along the way. ‎ ‎We have personally apologized to the individuals whose names were mentioned, we regret that you have to endure this situation. Each feedback has been gone through in detail and we are currently working on our structure. Rest assured we did not delete any messages as we value every input shared with us. ‎ ‎Thank you for always wanting English Fess to become better, we desire to be more careful and responsible in every action that we take moving forward. Therefore, we will be taking a break for an indefinite period of time while we work to resolve, reflect, and sort everything out. Frustration and disappointment is understandable when the intention is genuine concern. ‎ ‎• Our admins’ group will no longer have bots other than @EnglishFessBot to avoid misunderstandings caused by auto-replies system by the bots. • Our official working hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. If your report to @EnglishFessBot has not been replied to within that period, please feel free to contact us again through @EngFessOfficial in case your message did not come through. ‎ ‎• Internship application reviews will now be fully transparent without unwritten standards. Our final assessment will be shown publicly during announcements. ‎ ‎• We will no longer interfere with anyone’s channel content as we believe it is not our place to regulate it. We will also try to understand issues from multiple perspectives first. ‎ ‎• We fully support LGBTQIA+ individuals and acknowledge that marginalized communities are often overlooked. We won’t be providing space for a “neutral and safe” stance toward LGBTQIA+. ‎ ‎• We will provide transparency regarding our boycott list through a public channel. We will reassess and explain how the boycott system works after we have completed a full evaluation. ADMINS PENALTIES We understand that our admins are also accountable. Therefore, we are officially applying the following penalties: • Stardust: Stepping down as both owner and admin of English Fess as part of their accountability and responsibility regarding this issue. • Rebel: Dismissed from duty for 3 months and will not be involved in any interactions on @EnglishFess and @TXTEngFess during that period.
