[毛鐵局票務中心]有關毛爪2號退款進度之公告 各位旅客您好， 自從本局宣布取消「毛爪2號」之開行已過去近一個月，大部分旅客皆已完成退款事宜，感謝各位旅客的支持。 惟目前仍有4位旅客無法聯繫上，請尚未收到退款的旅客查看Messenger私訊或Email信箱，或是直接聯繫本粉專，以討論後續退款方式與細節。 有關商品及獎品之寄送，本局也正在著手進行，此外原本的「分享貼文抽獎」活動也將定於年後抽出並聯繫得獎者。 未能順利開行，若造成您的不便實在是深感抱歉， 也要再次感謝各位旅客的支持， 毛毛鐵路管理局在此向各位致上萬分謝意。

[毛鐵局運務處]公告毛爪2號取消開行事宜 新聞稿 發布單位：毛毛鐵路管理局 發布日期：114年1月1日 聯絡人：總管理室/包森 蒼穹、公關室/江銀河 毛毛鐵路管理局原訂於114年2月21日自南港開往高雄之毛爪2號，自開放報名至今經過約2個月，本局統整報名資料與人次，已售出組數與人數均未達最低標準。在現有預算資金下，開行列車將導致無法維持原應有之服務水平，故經本局113122201A會議決議，本局在此抱萬分遺憾宣布，本次列車將引用報名表單「乘車注意事項」第9點之條款予以停開。 感謝各界於報名期間之協力宣傳與支持，感謝各位乘客的購票，也感謝工作人員的辛勤。 相關退票退費事宜，本局票務中心近期將透過各位乘客提供之聯絡方式與您聯繫，敬請各位乘客留意陌生訊息。尚未匯款之旅客請您勿再匯款，已匯款之旅客本局將與您確認匯款資訊與金額後退費，匯款手續費將由本局負擔。 原先已規劃之各項抽獎活動及相關寄送事宜仍會進行，購票報名時加購的衣服、帆布包也會照常製作出貨，但若原本選擇車上領取者則須另外提供收件方式。 毛毛鐵路管理局一直致力於為各位提供便捷舒適的鐵路旅程，這次無法為您服務深感抱歉。未來，本局將持續盡力創新，以突破各位對鐵道旅遊的想像為目標。 再次感謝您的配合，若造成您的不便敬請見諒。希望下次能為各位服務。 毛毛鐵路管理局 中華民國114年1月1日

[毛鐵局運務處]公告「毛爪2號＞高雄」新售票方案與權益 各位旅客您好， 本局接獲許多旅客的意見， 因此在多方考量後，決定將報名改為統一票種，出毛部分改為登記制，不再綁定票種，提供更大的彈性！ 本屆毛爪2號售票模式縮減到僅有「單人票」，早鳥優惠維持新台幣1300元，（毛毛扮演者仍需找一位專職馬內），權益與先前無異動，並開放「純座位」加購700元一個。 此外，本次亦釋出許多紀念品資訊，凡為本次乘客者皆可以優惠價購買！ 新方案將於今日22時開放選購，大家一起來共同圓滿你心目中的毛爪2號吧！ Dear passengers, We have received many of your suggestions to make a decision that our ticket type will be unified to only one single type, and the application of fursuiting will no longer binding with any certain ticket type, which gives you more flexibility! The ticket type of FurPE2 is now “Single Ticket” only, which provides one seat for one passenger for NTD1300 under early bird discount(Fursuiters still need to find a dedicated assistant for each). Those who needs more space can purchase an extra seat for NTD$700. Furthermore, we are releasing information of more Merchandise, every passengers could have a discount too! That’s how people know about Kaohsiung. Just like the service provided by the FRA, warm and friendly, make you comfortable in an environment full of furries. We’re now announcing the first train of FRA in 2025 “FurPE2➡️FurryTeaParty” will meet you again on February 21, 2025! This time, we will pass through the western Taiwan from Taipei to Kaohsiung, take a look at the Taiwan that you and I familiar with. Passengers from all over the western Taiwan would be able to board the train! Let's travel with the Furry and pray for Taiwan! The train will launch on-site registrations and payments at the FRA booth in Infurnity 2025 (B05) Register before December 10th can enjoy the early bird discount. [FRA Division of Transportation] Announcement on the Closure of the FurPE2 Project After the announcement of the cancellation of FurPE2 on 5 September, we are grateful for the attention and support we received from various sectors of the community. We would like to announce the following information on the status of the train's operation in order to explain the situation to the public. Immediately after the announcement of the cancellation of train service, we have been contacting passengers who have signed up for the train and refunding those who have made remittances as efficiently as possible. As of today, with the exception of two unidentified remittances that do not match the enrolment details, all enrolled passengers have completed the identity verification, refund and follow-up procedures. If travellers have any further questions, please contact us. Once again, we thank you for your support of the FurRail Administration and hope that we can continue to serve you throughout your journey in the future.
