This also points to what Fias really becomes as a platform for our contributors. Anyone building an application has to decide how and where to build their work. With Fias, you can integrate your own arches into this ever growing ecosystem. You can tie in with all of the existing arches - email, chat, data, SaaS products, images, voice, video, etc and have your own application utilize Fias AI, MCP servers, web search, data interactions, cross-app functionality -- all of which makes your own arche more valuable. It's amazing how the world is changing with this new AI revolution and at Fias we're at the bleeding edge of what can be accomplished, with entirely new realms of capability being added month after month. So exciting!

Hey everyone, I wanted to give an update that I'm feel very excited about. I have implemented a first mvp for Fias AI in the Fias platform. It is incredibly powerful, and I'm realizing the extent of that statement now that I'm using it. The idea that you can have all of your applications in one spot, all of your data in one spot, and then have a general purpose AI to interact with all of the functionality and data at the same time is a game changer. You can do things like: "Send Joe a message in 25 minutes that says 'don't forget our important meeting with our client is about to start'" - the AI will understand who Joe is, where to message him, how to schedule the task, get user approval, and then trigger the task at a future time. "email a summary of the work I was just doing to Bob". The AI will understand the work, create a summary, and bring up an email already written that the user can modify and then hit send. Or Alternatively, "email Bob a summary of the work I was just doing and send it now [or send in X timeframe]" which gives an approval and then sends the email. "show me all of the emails from Mike Smith from the past 7 days". or "Show me all of the emails from Mike Smith that I have not yet responded to.", or "Show me all of the emails [with these characteristics]" and the emails with those characteristics are shown. Then you can start to implement arche to arch activities. "Open the attachment in the image editor arche". The AI will understand you're looking at an email and then open the file in another arche. Or similarly, "take all of the leads described in this email and input them into the Leads arche" - this can save you a bunch of time on your day to day activities. Fias AI will combine web search with work too. "Hey Fias AI, please do a search on the latest pricing for Claude Fable and send that information to Roger as a DM.", or "Do a search every morning at 6 am [on this information or topic] and provide me a report so that each morning it is waiting for me as I start my day" Fias also has semantic search, and every arche has its own data and interface. "Could you tell me how to create a poll" - the AI will look up the poll arche's semantic search. "Evaluate where all of these customer records best fit into our 360 CRM software, and add them to the right categories" - Fias AI can look up how the Fias 360 Arche works, evaluate all of the leads, and then take action. I am also adding an MCP server interface into arches - that lets other AI's interact with the system and the arches. Imagine the possibilities there. It's almost endless. You work with Claude Code and say "Before we start the plan, add items into the company's shared todo list so my boss can see what I'm working on", or "now that that work is done mark it completed in our shared todo list". You will even be able to go to ChatGPT (through your normal workflow working there - a completely separate system of course) and say "Take the document we just created and use Fias' MCP interface to send it for signature to Paul using the document sign arche". I don't think I've ever seen anything in my career before these new Fias AI concepts that can have this direct and quick of a positive impact on my day to day activities and efficiency. I know there are a lot of AI efforts that have pieces of these things that are actively being used and expanded all over the world, but when you combine all of your applications with all of your data all in the same spot with these types of capabilities, it becomes something more than those other types of capabilities - it is a new tier of work and functionality.

Nice feature we just added in - people can now utilize semantic search in your arches (i.e. a RAG database). Semantic search is an information retrieval method that understands the contextual meaning and intent behind a user's query, rather than just matching exact keywords. This means that you can create search for the users of your arche, where they type in plain english sentences, and the search gives answers based on plain english matching. You can, for example, create a FAQ for your business, created embeddings (that is what the process for enabling semantic search is called) and then have a user say "Could you give me instructions on how to implement [a particular feature]", and the AI can respond with knowledgeable answers.

Everyone... today is the day! We're launching the beta today!!! Remember the date June 3rd 2026. Perhaps it will be remembered as a day that changed AI.

Hey everyone, I took the roadmap down for a few days. This is a good example of why it’s good to get final infrastructure in place before we onboard beta users. We made some changes to the ways we’re storing data and it was easier to wipe the data rather than port it and provide backwards compatibility. I saved everything and I’ll add it back shortly. After we get external users on the platform, we’ll need to assure backwards compatibility, but that makes development more complex. I’ll update the roadmap more broadly soon as well. From that point it will be more robust too. Right now I’ve been manually updating items, but when we actually start using it, it will be a full team tool (replacing Jira for us). I’ve been very much looking forward to using the platform myself for Fias and Devvio (including other arches - document signing, chat, etc) once we have the actual launch behind us and the data becomes permanent.

Hey everyone, here is an update on the Beta launch. If you go back to the beginning of the month, there were three big foundational concepts for the platform I wanted to get in place, though all three would create delays in getting the beta out. One was a security audit. Second was an upgrade to our data systems including the RBAC features. Third was a scalability audit. The security audit was critical, so I just did it, no questions. The other two, I thought would be fine to implement post beta. Then, I got the customer request to implement three new professional scale arches. That project needed the data systems upgrade, and the customer need was a no brainer to get in place despite some extra delay. Now that I did it, I'm really glad we got it in place ahead of time. After people start coming in, it's much harder to make architectural changes as you have backwards compatibility you have to be concerned about. Given that experience, I wondered if I should also bite the bullet and go ahead and do the scalability audit, for the same reasons (best to just do it now). I just did an analysis and it's pretty clear I should do it. If I do it now, it is a week more delay, versus something that is a massive pain and much more disruptive later when we're trying to grow. I definitely don't want to try and get everything perfect before the beta, but one final structural review, audit, and improvement session is needed now before we get people started using things. I feel a real need to move quickly in this space and I, more than anyone, want people to start building, but the cost-benefit is clear here, so we'll have a few more days delay to get this structural audit in place. I'm envisioning two days to implement it, and two to three days of testing and fixes for anything that got broken. We're close and it's going to be a nice launch.

First look at Fias!!! Fias Beta Launch First Look

Hey Everyone, here is an update on progress. The Fias platform is basically ready for the private beta launch. There were a couple last things I needed to do before that, including submitting another patent and getting instruction videos made for creating Fias Arches (web apps). I was also going over our internal arches to finalize which ones we have available at launch. That was going well, and we were on track to launch either this week or Monday. That said, a couple days ago I got a request from a customer on some new work that they needed from us due Monday, and that had to take priority. I and the team are swamped getting ready for that right now, so I think we'll get Fias out next week then, barring any other delays. The cool thing about the work is that we're adding in a great new feature that will now be part of the beta launch - data vault management system - this is the system that allows people to maintain their data on the platform in a safe and secure way where both AI and Arches can access it. Keep an eye out for some new videos I'll make in short order - it will be a nice first look at the platform.

Hey everyone, here is a first iteration of the new roadmap strategy. We'll hone the approach over time, but the general idea is to have a list of items we're working on available for people to see so that everyone can see what is coming, and see progress. I think a little more granular view of what we are doing is a better approach than what Forevver did in the past. The update includes information on both Fias and Devv, but we'll be able to describe more as we close on funding. This week was busy, and we had a hard push. We are going to do QA on everything next week. I'm not positive if we'll be able to open the public beta at the end of the month, but soon after if not. We're close. Just had a nice milestone... I just published my first arche through the Fias Plugin Architecture. I used Claude Code itself to create the arche, then published it, and it is now searchable and usable on staging. This is one of the most core aspects of what we're building, so having this capability from start to finish working is a big milestone for the platform.

Hey Everyone, I have created another public Arche (Arches are web apps, and public Arches do not require login) - this is an Arche that allows people to read documentation on Fias. I think there are some pretty powerful concepts in these documents: https://platform.fias.io/a/arche_learn_about_fias One thing that is pretty cool about this is that there is an admin panel for this arche, and I can go in and easily add and remove documents, change their position, title, description, etc., and I can choose which documents are used the RAG search for the Ask about Fias Arche which uses semantic search to answer your questions. I'm looking forward to people trying that out, but that one requires an account, so the Beta users will be able to check it out. Have a read over the docs, and let us know what you think.
