🌟 FitnessSDK is now available in 19 countries! Another small but important step for our project. It’s great to see the app gradually expanding beyond a single country and becoming available to more people around the world. 19 countries — and this is just the beginning
We received our first App Store review! 🥹 Thank you for the trust and kind words. We read every message and keep making the app better for your workouts 💙
We won’t say anything. But there will be signs.
⭐️ FitnessSDK Update Over the past month, FitnessSDK has taken an important step forward. We focused on making the product more useful, more stable, and easier to use — while continuing to strengthen the foundation for what comes next. Here’s what changed. Improved mobile experience We refined the UI/UX of the mobile app to make key user flows cleaner, more intuitive, and more consistent. Expanded exercise library We added a new set of exercises, giving users more variety and more flexibility in their training experience. Strengthened the product foundation We made progress across product architecture, infrastructure, and internal tools that help the team move faster while maintaining quality as the product grows. Started shaping the trainer experience We began working on the part of the product that will help FitnessSDK support not only users, but also the professionals who work with them. Early product signals FitnessSDK is already showing encouraging early traction: — 45 active users — 626 sessions per week — 100% of users on the latest app version — users from 17 countries — growing interest from trainers and fitness professionals These numbers matter to us because there are real people behind them — people who use the product, come back to it, share feedback, and help us understand what to improve next. We’re continuing to focus on quality, stability, user experience, and the core product foundation. Thank you to everyone using FitnessSDK, following the journey, and sharing feedback with us. More to come.
🌟 In version 1.0.18, we added an exercise library to the Fitness SDK. This helps users quickly create workout programs or edit existing system programs. We also fixed bugs and made several improvements. https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379
🌱FitnessSDK is now used in 17 countries worldwide. No ads, no big launch campaigns, no massive budgets — just organic growth, first users, and a clear signal that the product can be relevant beyond one local market. A small but meaningful milestone for the project. Moving forward.

I was convinced — and I still hold this belief today — that strength, if it does not come from the strength of spirit or the strength of resistance, is a virtue for slaves; for only a slave can be subdued by force, and for a slave, force becomes a deity. On the other hand, strength is needed — even absolutely necessary — to affirm and defend certain values, one might say, the highest spiritual values. It must strengthen and guide us through life, protecting the life of the creator of everything highest and most beautiful: the human being. Yuri P. Vlasov, The Justice of Strength, 1989 Yuri Petrovich Vlasov was a legendary Soviet weightlifter, Olympic champion, writer, and public figure. He was considered one of the strongest men of his era and became one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s greatest inspirations. True strength is not only about lifting weight — it is about character, resistance, and the values you choose to defend.
What’s new in FitnessSDK 1.0.17: Over the last two weeks, we improved the exercise management flow and made workout program creation faster and easier. We added a redesigned exercise picker. Exercises are now organized into clear sections such as “My exercises” and “Exercise library”, while selected exercises appear in a dedicated horizontal strip. Users can quickly remove selected exercises or reorder them with drag and drop. This makes program building more transparent and helps clients understand the workout structure at a glance. Search has also been improved. If an exercise cannot be found, users can create a new one directly from the picker. This reduces extra navigation and makes setup faster. We added similar exercise suggestions when creating a new exercise. As the client types a name, the app shows existing exercises with similar names. This helps prevent duplicates, keeps the exercise database cleaner, and makes it easier to reuse exercises that already exist. The exercise library screen was also updated with collapsible sections for personal exercises, the exercise library, and the archive. Empty states are now clearer, and archived exercises are easier to manage as a separate area. We also polished the exercise list and picker UI: cleaner cards, selected exercise counters, better delete/search states, and more consistent empty states. https://apps.apple.com/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379
🌟What’s New in Version 1.0.16 This update brings usability improvements and helpful new features: • Improved workout screen interface — controls are now clearer and easier to use. • Added workout and rest timers to Dynamic Island and the lock screen — stay on track even when the app is not open. • Introduced workout program archive — deleted programs can now be restored anytime. https://apps.apple.com/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379
🌟 FitnessSDK 1.0.5 In this build, the following items were fixed and improved: ⭐️ Fixes • Fixed a bug with the total workout duration timer. • Fixed a bug with color display in dark mode. • Fixed a bug that caused the “Continue Workouts” button animation to glitch on the home screen. ⭐️ Improvements • Added URL validation in the exercise section. • When pressing the “Back” button in the exercise section within a workout program, a confirmation warning now appears, since exiting may reset the workout program or exercise settings. • Added the “≈” symbol to indicate the approximate duration of the entire workout program: • on the home screen; • on the workout program screen. • Added a “Start Workout Program” button inside the workout program screen. The logic works as follows: • initially, the “Start Workout Program” button is displayed; • after tapping and proceeding, its state changes to an oval button; • then the workout starts and the timer begins. • Removed the limitation that prevented adding the same exercise multiple times within a single workout program. Now the same exercise can be reused, for example, at the beginning and at the end of a program. ⭐️ What to focus on during testing • Correct behavior of the total workout duration timer. • Color rendering and contrast in dark mode. • Animation behavior of the “Continue Workouts” button on the home screen. • URL validation in the exercise section. • Appearance of the warning when navigating back from a workout program and correctness of its text/logic. • Display of the approximate duration of the workout program across all relevant screens. • Workout start flow via the new “Start Workout Program” button. • Ability to add the same exercise multiple times within a single workout program. https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379 https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/fitnesssdk/id6759220379
🌟On the Path to Something Greater Over the past weeks, we’ve gathered a lot of feedback, carefully analyzed the results, and asked ourselves an honest question: what is FitnessSDK really missing for its users? The answer turned out to be quite clear. And interestingly, it’s something we feel ourselves as users too. That’s why we’re already shaping the vision for FitnessSDK MVP 2.0 — rethinking the product, defining new capabilities, and building an app that will be truly useful at every stage of the journey. We want FitnessSDK to work not only for experienced users who already know how to build their own training programs and confidently move toward their goals. We also want to support those who are just starting — people who are trying to figure things out, build consistency, and finally take control of their body and fitness. That’s why the core of the app will remain free — this is the value we want to provide to every user. At the same time, the paid features will be primarily designed for coaches and professionals who want to use FitnessSDK as a platform to work with clients and grow their practice. We truly appreciate your trust, your honest feedback, and the fact that you’re helping us build a product not “in theory,” but for real people and real needs. FitnessSDK is growing with you. And this is just the beginning. 🚀
🌟 FitnessSDK is now available on the App Store. The journey from idea to release is complete. An app built with focus, effort, and attention to detail is now live. This is an important milestone. And at the same time — just the beginning. Thanks to everyone who supported, tested, and stayed along the way. More is coming. Download on the App AppStore
