After lots of thought, I will be doubling down

Judicial reforms are essential for ensuring fairness and consistency in our legal system. When it comes to matters of historical and religious significance—such as the Ram Mandir, which is rooted in traditions that date back well beyond 2000 years—extensive documentary evidence is often demanded to establish claims. However, it raises a pertinent question: how are properties claimed by institutions such as the Waqf Board, based on records from only the last 2000 years or less, accepted with relatively less scrutiny? Shouldn't there be a consistent standard of evidence applied across all communities and institutions to ensure justice and transparency? @HinduX @Hindu
