- 19:30I live in Phoenix region and this story was a couple years ago. I was slowly driving through a target parking lot. It’s a neighborhood target with a really bad parking lot and this lady just jetted out in front of us. She was walking behind cars and then didn’t look left or right and just walked across the street where there was NO crosswalk and we had to hit the brakes because we didn’t see any pedestrians and again she was not in a crosswalk. Mind you we were going 7 miles an hour? Anyway, the lady looked at us all horrified with big eyes, and it was Katie Hobbs. It took everything to keep foot on the brakes 😂4,89%
