People already know about their acne, skin tone, hair, height, weight or any other physical feature — they see themselves every single day. Saying, "I was just kidding," "It was only a joke," or "Don't take it seriously" doesn't erase the hurt your words may have caused. What seems harmless or funny to you can become something they think about for a long time. Not every thought needs to be spoken. Choose words that make people feel respected, accepted, and valued for who they are, not judged for how they look. feel it ♡

It's about doing it anyway. So... Stop being weak. Stop being pathetic. Pick up your books and at least TRY. Because if you don't, you'll regret it. And by then it's too late.
