I’m feeling pretty confident after my 1st batch of delicious sprouts so I’m ready to try microgreens. 😋I’m soaking sunflower and superfood blend sprouting seeds. The superfood blend sprouts will continue to be rinsed and drained 2-3 times per day for 5 days while the sunflower seeds will grow on soil and ready to harvest in 10-15 days. 🌱 I will keep y’all posted on the progress.

My sprouts turned out fresh, green, crunchy, with a little spice. I used the Superfood Blend with broccoli, radish, pak choi, clover, and red kale. The family better get ready for sprouts on EVERYTHING 😋🌱
