What a narrative that should sway people to their side. When power is given back to the people in a county, it improves the state and improves the nation but there's a fight against to keep that power and it becomes very uncomfortable. Seven positions changed. Will have a huge effect on the state party as well!

In Lancaster Too Many Appointed Are Making The Decisions -Our Party Becomes a Kingdom Not A Robert's Rules of Order System In most NE counties the Central Committee (the Board of Republicans that are the governing body who make political decisions for the body) meets regularly and they are elected. But our Central Committee has approximately 1/3 appointed and only is set up to meet 2 times a year while the executive committee meets almost monthly. In Roberts rules of order to make important changes, you need 2/3 vote. We've had a hard time passing changes representative of the people. Our chairman meets regularly with the executive committee which is mostly appointed these meetings have no guests. It seems they make most decisions and every once in awhile we have a meeting with the elected representatives and then we'll have a speaker instead of a business meeting. Sometimes Republicans are asked to leave the meeting this exclusion leaves a bad taste in the mouths of those that want to be involved. This leads to an unjustly managed organization and decisions not in the best interest of the whole body. Douglas County can have up to 148 on their Central Committee, We have only 24. How can our leaders do everything that's needed for the party to thrive. Douglas County's organization is broad and more people are involved. There tends to be more people on committees and actively doing the work of the party including recruiting more candidates and delegates. This is why we believe our party would be much better with elected District Reps! Changes are needed, would you agree?

Confirmed by @SecWar KNOWINK/Bpro/Liberty Vote/Dominion/Everyone Counts/Votem = one big problem.
