Hey everyone! 👋 Hope you had a great time at SLF '26! 🎪 If you are looking for a low-stress CCA that easily fits into your schedule, signups for the NUS Kayaking Organising Committee (AY 26/27) are still open! 🚣‍♂️✨ Here is why you should join us: - Manageable Commitment: We are a recreational club, so it is just 2 to 3 events a month alongside light subcommittee tasks, making it very manageable alongside school. - Awesome Perks: Enjoy free kayaking events, kayaking expeditions, discounted certification courses, and committee paddles! - Welcoming Community: Gain hands on organizing experience and meet great people. Pick up essential paddling skills like the forward stroke, sweep stroke, and draw stroke, and learn important safety techniques such as the rafted T-X rescue. By the end of the course, you'll earn your 1 Star certification which means you'll be able to rent close-deck kayaks around Singapore and join us for more paddling adventures 🌊☀️ 🗓️Date: 11 & 12 July 2026 🕐Time: 8AM-2PM 📍Location: Kallang Water Sports Centre 💵Price: $70 / $75 / $80 (KPASS / NUS / NUS Alumni) ‼️ Participants must be able to attend both days to be certified ⭐️Priority will be given to NUS students and staff 🌊 SIGN UP NOW!
