The SkyFend Hunter Slide 1 shows a CJNG sicario in Michoacán, using a SkyFend Hunter C-UAS system with a makeshift sling. Looking at the interface, the system is detecting a DJI drone. Slides 2 and 3 show selfies of another CJNG sicario, with a SkyFend Hunter visible in the background. SkyFend, a supplier to the Mexican military and law enforcement, is considered a higher end provider than some of the more common C-UAS systems seen with cartels. Dozens of SkyFend Hunters have been spotted in cartel hands in the last year or so, as well as other SkyFend C-UAS systems.

He is an Explosivista/drone operator, with the very fitting callsign of “el niño dinamita” (kid dynamite). Slide 1 shows him wearing a pair of Minelab headphones, which are used with a Minelab metal detector when searching for mines and IEDs. He can be seen with two Fuerzas Especiales Mencho (FEM) patches. Slides 2 and 3 show kid dynamite operating a DJI Matrice 300/350 drone and holding an M249 light machine gun somewhere in Michoacán.
