Since 2019, inter-circle transfers were not happening, and the union had been demanding the same. It is possible that their demand has now been accepted and many employees have received transfers back to their home states. Because of these transfers, some of the vacancies that would have otherwise been filled through fresh recruitment in 2026 may have already been filled by existing employees coming back to their home states. At the same time, vacancies may have increased significantly in some states because employees have moved out of those states through inter-circle transfers. Again, this is only a possibility based on the information we have received. There is no official confirmation regarding the exact reason behind this unusual vacancy distribution.
