The result is significant for Redbelly: we are the only public blockchain in the world to have hosted real settlement of a central bank's pilot wholesale CBDC 🔥 It puts Redbelly's positioning around public permissioned infrastructure exactly where institutions and regulators are heading. Hello everyone, An important update on our node operator ecosystem and how we're managing the network's economics as we develop. We deeply value the contribution our node operators make to the network and recognise the significant investment required to support it during this early stage. To help close the gap while the network matures, we are introducing an additional monthly reward for node operators, backdated to 15 April 2026 and reviewed quarterly. Full details in the attached. A note on the thinking behind it: We are mindful that any subsidy funded through token emissions creates additional sell pressure, which can weigh on the very economics we are trying to improve for our operators. That's why we've sized this carefully and built in a quarterly review; too little support risks operators stepping away, too much risks eroding token value and the long-term viability of the network. The support announced today addresses the near-term gap.
