It gets worse, if they and the “voucher” simply lie about their residency (utilizing outdated voter roles?) , they can be from another precinct, county, or an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STATE— and theoretically hop counties repeating the process over and over again the same day. President Trump needs to send in the military.
