2. Hobbies and interests: Ideally - Minimum 1 and maximum 4. Don't write vague hobbies, be very specific. Ex1.- vague: watching movies Specific: watching Bollywood movies Very specific: watching Bollywood movies based on social issues/ love stories etc. Ex2. Vague - traveling Specific - traveling to Himalayan states/ historical places Very specific - traveling to North Indian historic places Further - in hobby they will ask two types of questions One, practical side which you do and another theory side- which they will ask you. Generally candidates fine it difficult to handle the theory side. So be ready to read about it during the interview

3. Mains center: Option A) If your city has Mains center. Then choose that only. The best center for mains is- where you are studying for Mains. Unnecessarily changing the place creates a lot of trouble. Biggest Myth- by changing Mains center your chances of clearing Mains increases. Option B) If you have to move to a different city- then try to choose the less chaotic city- where you can easily find hotels nearby your center. Less mental trouble means more peace in writing Mains. Option C) If you are thinking of moving to SOMP offline Chandigarh center for Mains then fill chandigarh as Mains center.

You don't have to give interview in chaste Hindi, Even they don't know that much. It would be largely Hinglish ( dominated by Hindi).

UPSC form: If you are not comfortable with English then fill Hindi or your regional medium as interview language medium. Do not fall in that trap that only in english medium you get good marks. I have seen candidates unable to speak English and ended up getting 120-30 marks. Last year one of SOMP students got into IRS because he switched interview language as Hindi from English. He improved his interview marks from 140s to 175+. There are countless such examples.
