You'll always feel like you should've started younger. But today is the youngest you'll ever be. Don't waste it.
we spend so much time waiting for life to happen that we forget it is already happening https://open.substack.com/pub/goranshbharal/p/you-need-to-be-more-whimsical-in?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=7v4gld

hmm…
I really envy people who have passion. I don't mean the usual kind. I mean the kind that makes people wake up every day with determination and an unstoppable drive. I rarely feel that kind of motivation for anything. Most of the time, I don't think it's worth my time or effort. But when I see people working at something every day without losing interest, I can't help but ask myself, why can't I be like them? I don't mean simply being a hard worker. I mean loving something and being so devoted to it that you're willing to lose sleep over it. I don't have anything like that. AND I HATE MYSELF FOR IT.
“It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process, is to guarantee disappointment.” — James Clear, Atomic Habits @kal_abX
You don’t get better automatically. You only get better because you intentionally make the decision to get better. @natyiu0

7 Japanese Concepts for a Purposeful, Minimalist Life Oubaitori (桜梅桃李) Stop comparing yourself to others. Like cherry, plum, peach, and apricot blossoms all bloom in spring, but never at the same time. Your life unfolds on its own timeline. Don't let others' expectations keep you from what truly makes you happy. Ikigai (生き甲斐) Your reason for being the quiet "why" behind what you do. What is it about living simply that brings you joy? That's your ikigai, the core around which a meaningful life is built. Hibi no Kansha (日々の感謝) Everyday gratitude. Notice and appreciate the small, consistent things that bring you peace, rather than waiting for big wins to feel thankful. Shisa Kanko (指差歓呼) "Point and call." Borrowed from Japanese train conductors: point at the task or object in front of you and say out loud what you're about to do. It sharpens focus, reduces mistakes, and helps new habits stick especially under stress. Danshari (断捨離) Don't let your possessions possess you. Dan (Refuse): Block unnecessary things from entering your life. Sha (Dispose): Let go of things that no longer serve you. Ri (Separate): Emotionally detach from items that don't bring joy. Mottainai (勿体無い) Respect what you already have. Care for your belongings, repair what breaks, repurpose before replacing. When something truly can't be fixed, choose one high-quality piece you love. Wabi-Sabi (侘寂) Find beauty in imperfection, transience, and the natural marks of time. Source:YOuzi's

Make sure what you tell your brain, it is limited by it.
This is Dyson, the creator of the world’s first cyclone vacuum that created a multibillion-dollar business and a personal fortune of more than $5 billion. And this line has been my favorite in the book so far. If you’ve been trying relentlessly but feel like nothing is moving, you’ll want to read this.
Being on the verge of giving up usually means you are closer than you think. Just Keep that in mind
