یه نکته رو تو رزومه بچه ها دیدم که خیلی تو ذوق میزنه اینه که تفاوت Programmer، Developer و Engineer رو دقیقا نمی دونن و گاهی جابجا استفاده شون می کنن. این سه تا گرچه خیلی شبیه هستن ولی تو سطح مسئولیت خیلی متفاوت هستن. از همه بالاتر مهندس نرم افزار هست که تقریبا هر کاری می کنه. از طراحی معماری تا پیاده سازی و تست و نگهداری و از همه پایین تر برنامه نویس هست که فقط یه برنامه مینویسه که کار کنه. اینجا توضیح انگلیسیشون رو با ذکر منبع می ذارم که دقیقا بدونین شما کدوم هستین و جابجا استفاده نکنین: Programmer: In general, the only task of software programmers is to churn out code. Programmers aren’t typically tasked with designing application architectures or helping to test or manage code as it flows down a CI/CD pipeline. They just write code to implement whichever functionality they are told to implement, then hand it off to someone else to build, test and deploy Developer: Software developers have a broader purview. They spend much of their time writing code, but they may also help to build, test and deploy code. Sometimes, they participate in application design, as well. Engineer: Software engineers, meanwhile, assume the broadest set of design-centric responsibilities. They may sometimes write code, but their main tasks focus more on helping to plan and design applications. Software engineers take the lead in deciding when it’s time to modify an application architecture, or scrap a codebase and rewrite everything from scratch, for instance. They may also help to plan CI/CD pipelines, define release schedules and identify the best deployment options (like containers or serverless functions) for an application. چیزی که تجربه شخصی منه و تو این مقاله ندیدمش اینه که مهندس نرم افزار دیگه به زبان خاصی وابسته نیست و دست کم یه زبان استاتیک و یه زبان داینامیک رو تسلط داره. گرچه بعضی شرکتا اینو دور می زنن و مثلا کسی که فقط یه زبان رو تسلط داره بهش میگن مثلا Java Engineer. به ذات خودشم چندان اشتباه نیست ولی از دید من پایین آوردن جایگاه اون شغله و Java Engineer رو میشه بین Software Engineer و Software Developer قرار داد. مخصوصا الان که همه چی مایکروسرویسز شده و میشه از قابلیت های هر زبان تو سرویس جداگانه ای بهره برد https://www.itprotoday.com/devops-and-software-development/programmer-vs-developer-vs-engineer-what-s-difference #رزومه
