I'm not particularly convinced that some of the higher end companies are worth the price anymore. These are Beez mag pouches, and they are astoundingly meh in quality. Very flimsy sheet nylon construction with single stitching leaves a lot to be desired as far as quality assurances are concerned. I also have a Beez chest rig and was struck with similar feelings when first taking it out of the packaging. It's odd knowing this brand is regularly used by defense professionals. The old Eagle Industries issued gear is visibly more robust when compared side by side. Thick cordura material with double stitching everywhere, and those pouches are perhaps 1/5 the price of these Beez. This pouch is on an Eagle Industries H Harness rig, and you can see the Eagle's double stitching on the panel right behind this Beez pouch. I've even had lesser brand gear that is often considered "airsoft quality" like LBX that seems considerably more robust than this. What's going on with the tactical industry these days?
