I’m not sure how anyone could believe that it was real, but I know of many of the “truthers” openly saying they believe it 😅😂 So I will add, just look at how a real large animal reacts when shot by a rifle, imagine what would happen to the neck too. Academic, means “not of practical relevance; of only theoretical interest” And Government, comes from the words Govern/ Control, and Ment, derives from the latin word for Mind, as does mental, and mentor. Quite simply it means “mind control” If you knew this, would you go to a doctor about your health? Or would you want to become an academic? Or would you believe your government wants your best?
