As part of the Celebrate Women campaign in March 2027, the Wikimedia Foundation's Content Enablement team wants to support women+ (anyone who identifies as a woman in some way) to advance as technical contributors on Wikimedia. To achieve that, we are launching a survey to help us understand technical contributions by women+ on the Wikimedia projects. Spanish speaking communities can now access the Starter Kit in their own language and explore resources for getting started with Wikimedia in education. The Spanish edition was translated by Patricia Aguilar from Wikimedia México, a certified English teacher and educator with 25 years of experience.
