UPDATE ON STEPHEN WELLS' CONDIDTIONS: - He is no longer isolated, instead sharing a cell with a fellow prisoner. By his admission, this doesn't mean he is in “general population”. - His dietary needs have still not been met, but he has eaten whatever meat that the facility offers. - He has half an hour outside his cell twice a day, classed as ICM (Independent Case Management) for the first week at the new facility. Assuming good behaviour, Stephen will be moved again to better conditions. He can now have a telephone call to his wife every day. - He has no reasons as to why he was moved and staff have not spoken of his present legal conditions.
