This also might mean you’ve got to say “fuck off” to energy vampires, pack up and leave your parents’ house, and just focus on simplifying everything so your lifestyle lines up with success.
Life is all about finding the correct positioning. Correct position=the path of least resistance. This means making your life as simple and efficient as possible, so you can reach your goals faster and more easily. You see this everywhere: - Students find quiet places to focus and study better. - Athletes work with the best coaches and adjust their lifestyles to perform at their best. - Rich people save time by hiring help, giving them more hours to focus on what matters. - Ambitious people remove distractions to stay on track. The key is to set yourself up in a way that makes success easier, not harder. When you're in the right position, things just flow.
Remember... PROGRESS, not perfection.

MEANT FOR MORE "When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say... I used everything you gave me." A man is not truly alive until he has found something that transcends himself, something he loves more than his own life. Yet, the structure of modern life often kills that drive, molding us into complacency and conditioning us to remain within familiarity and comfort. But what if we chose differently? What if, instead of clinging to the security of the known, we dared to reach for more? To become more? Our greatest achievements often lie just beyond the threshold of fear, and it is in striving for the impossible that we discover our true purpose. History has shown us time and again that the human spirit is indomitable, driven by pursuit of greatness, invention, and achievement. The potential within us is limitless, but it can only be realized by those who have the courage to aim high and strive wide. True potential is never the byproduct of cowardice or laziness and it is only forged through boldness and perseverance. When you reach for the heights, you honor the gifts you’ve been entrusted with—most notably, the gift of exploring the full extent of your capabilities. Every talent you hold, every dream you nurture, every rep you take and every opportunity you embrace is a privilege waiting to be realized. Yet, you are missing out. You have been conditioned to believe that living fully means embracing passivity, comfort, degeneracy, hedonism, security, and hesitation. And perhaps it is, if you're willing to accept the consequences of settling for less. However, when you aim for MORE... It’s about leaving no stone unturned, no opportunity unexplored, no challenge unmet and no fear unchallenged. Because you know that the pain of regret far outweighs the pain of discipline. At the end of the day, even if you fall short, there is triumph, because it means you have given everything you’ve got and improved regardless. ... "Success is not merely an endpoint, because I know of no better life purpose than to perish in attempting the great and the impossible."

80/20 rule I've discussed this topic before, but it's worth revisiting. Most problems in life don't arise from their inherent complexity, but from our unecessary tendency to overcomplicate them. We often become fixated on minor details, losing sight of what truly matters. These details might seem important in the moment, but they often distract us from addressing the core issue. By mainly focusing on these less important aspects, we end up creating unnecessary stress and making the problem appear more frightening than it actually is. Today, this is true regardless of the issue we are talking abt. Take dating, for example. Some mfs will go leaps and bounds in order to learn latest seduction tricks, hacks, and the perfect outfit combinations to impress a girl (while looking like a bum). All that to get ignored in favor of a Chad who simply nails the basics—being attractive, having status, and providing a sense of security. If this is you, it's time to step back. The Pareto Principle, also known as the 80/20 rule, suggests that 80% of outcomes result from just 20% of our actions. This means that a small, carefully chosen set of actions—the crucial 20%—is responsible for the majority of our results. This principle is evident in many real-world scenarios: - 80% of women tend to be attracted to 20% of top-performing men. - 80% of the world’s wealth is held by 20% of individuals. - 80% of your problems are caused by 20% of the underlying issues. While the exact percentages may vary (they could be 90/10, 70/30, or even 95/5), the point remains: The majority of results come from a minority of causes. This leads to one crucial insight: You can do more by doing less. You can achieve 80 by focusing on 20. Instead of spreading your energy across countless garbage modern world feeds you (trying to be jack of all trades), concentrate on the few that truly matter and have the most impact. This approach not only simplifies your life but also makes your efforts more effective and meaningful. Apply this principle when solving problems or mastering a specific skill, and you’ll find that it can significantly enhance your effectiveness and success.
This makes sense, as history, science, and sports reveal time and time again that great men are not motivated by love, peace, comfort, satisfaction or happiness. Instead, they are motivated by harsh realities of: suffering, desire, disgust, hatred, loss, pride, vengeance, inadequacy, hunger, fear and the endless challenges that ignite their drive.
Porn addiction is not the cause of your problems; it's a symptom of a greater issue: -Purposeless life -Constant boredom -Constant loneliness /isolation -Lack of cheeks -Being broke -Staying home all day -Avoiding painful things/challenges -Having too much free time -Not being tired at the end of the day... You don't overcome it by following a "no fap" fad. You beat it by addressing the core issues listed above. There is nothing wrong with you. Men are literally designed to almost constantly seek sex. Now guess what happens when you are never busy, isolated, bored, purposeless, lonely, broke, full of energy, at home, and have no cheeks to clap. Do the math.
The more I excel in certain areas, the more I am convinced that progress and success are all about: 1. Picking something you naturally and genetically excel at. (Why put in twice the work for half the results when you can choose something that suits you and excel exponentially faster?) 2. Ruthlessly putting in boring, mundane, repetitive effort consistently over time, and never stopping. (hard work) 3. Finding a way to intelligently upgrade your routine when you hit a plateau. (smart work) These are the only things you have complete control over, which is why they deserve most of your attention. Don't mess up your life by choosing something you hate and are poor at when you can choose something you love and can excel at.
Men need purpose. Happiness can never come from outside of ourselves. When you never give yourself a mission, a purpose above yourself... your purpose becomes merely fulfilling basic human desires: Eating a bunch of food, having sex, seeking comfort, watching porn, etc. Result? You will never become the best you can be and self-actualize. No amount of women, friends, money, parties or endless pleasure will ever make you truly happy. Simply because happiness must come from within. You must understand who you are. You must get to know yourself. You must give yourself a mission in life. You are here for a REASON that you must discover. Get addicted to a long-lasting thing, not short-term pleasure. Give yourself a mission, and feel your soul fill with fulfillment.

What you do daily decides what you become permanently
The truth is, privilege is invisible to those who have it. We are often too caught up in the past and future, taking everything we have for granted—either reliving past memories or worrying about future events. But not when you are suffering. All of that fades away. You aren’t thinking about that bitch, stressing over exams, or worrying about futile noise. All you can focus on is the endless negative emotions that you are feeling at that moment. That, my friend, is the present—a rare occurrence. I remember when my first love left me - All I could pay my attention to is what I felt in that present moment - Inadequacy, disappointment, sadness.. But had I not experienced that pain when I was young, I wouldn’t be the man I am today. I wouldn’t possess the same knowledge, the same strength, or the same capacity to endure. I wouldn’t be able to share this wisdom with you now. Suffering is the key to enlightenment. You will learn more about yourself when you are suffering than you ever will with your fingers on your lap in deep meditation.
Lessons of pain Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times. This cycle is the cornerstone of human history and has been repeatedly observed across millenia. And what it really means is this: To weaken a man, give him endless comfort. And to awaken the sleeping beast within, give him suffering and let him overcome it. Each greatest man in history I studied faced insufferable trauma and adversity at a young age. Every single one. This fire of pain and trauma fueled their endless quest for greatness and dominance. And this makes sense, as history, science, and sports reveal time and time again that great men are not motivated by love, peace, comfort, satisfaction or happiness. Instead, they are motivated by harsh realities of: suffering, desire, disgust, hatred, loss, pride, vengeance, inadequacy, hunger, fear and the endless challenges that ignite their drive. Whereas those who are inferior will find endless ways to complain and get crushed under pressure. The moment you realize that pain is not the enemy, but a friendly WARNING Is the moment you will change your life forever. This isn’t wishy-washy nonsense as one of the best ways to develop mental and emotional toughness, boost confidence, lower anxiety, turn a boy into a fearless man, become the mountain others can rely on, and overall learn how to appreciate the positive aspects of life… Is to harness the power of pain and suffering and channel it into something positive.
EXPERIMENT: When women are asked to choose between (A) a tall, handsome man or (B) a short, handsome man, they TEND to pick option A. No surprise here. When asked to choose between tall, ugly man or a very short but handsome man, then tend to pick option A. When asked to choose between a tall, but obese/weak looking man, or a short but, aesthetic and strong looking man, they pick option B. These have been repeated endless times all over the world and are easily observable in the real world. When women are asked why they choose so, their answers in all those scenarios overwhelmingly tend to be “I just feel like he can protect me better”. Women don’t select for strong looks or for height for the sake of those. They select for competence and protection. In short, they select for the total value of the male’s ability to provide Security, Status, and Sexiness (SSS Score). The more deficient you are in one area of the SSS score, the more you must make up for it on the other 2 areas. You once again have zero excuses. Try harder. Move smarter.
