🚀 Big Update for Hosts + Partial GPU Rental This month we have been heavily focused on making hosting on Clore easier and more reliable. What's new for hosts: • We have rewritten the installer and the hosting backend almost from scratch: faster setup, more stable operation and a much better foundation for future updates • Completely redesigned server onboarding with one-click copy setup commands • Update channels for the hosting backend: choose Stable or Beta and switch between them anytime, with an option to roll back to the legacy version • Live stats: real-time per-GPU temperatures, CPU and RAM load right in your servers table and on the server page • Marketplace visibility status with clear steps to fix your listing if something is wrong • You can now see the exact price and currency your rig was rented for What's new for renters: • Partial GPU rental: you can now rent only some GPUs of a rig, for example 2 out of 8, and pick the exact cards you want • Reworked rental flow with a cleaner SSH and GPU selection step Bare Metal updates: • RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 servers are now available • Rental terms now range from 1 month up to 5 years • You can now configure and pay for a server without creating an account first As always, we appreciate your feedback. 🚀 Big Marketplace Update on Clore! We have released a major update to the https://clore.ai/marketplace with many new features and improvements. What’s new: • Added a table view for the marketplace • You can now add notes to hosts and servers • Servers can now be pinned at the top of the marketplace • Added the ability to view server pricing per 1 GPU • Simplified the server setup process • Added inline login, registration, and balance top-up directly inside the rent modal • Server detail pages now automatically update once server initialization is complete • In My Servers, you can now see the currency and price your rig was rented for • The server details page now shows more detailed errors if something is wrong with the rig • Added driver version display, plus a recommendation if the driver should be updated • Added more GPU options to Bare Metal This update is a big step toward making the marketplace more convenient, transparent, and easier to use for both renters and hosts. 🗳 DAO Vote Result: Approved The DAO vote has officially ended — and 72% of participants supported our proposal to bring BTC + USDT back as payment options on the Clore marketplace. After a lot of discussion and debate across the community, the team is now starting the integration of these payment rails into the marketplace. At the same time, we want to clearly reassure all CLORE holders: ✅ CLORE remains the core payment option. Using the marketplace in any currency other than CLORE will come with higher fees. 💡 The only way to reduce BTC/USDT fees will be by holding CLORE — the more you hold, the better your fee tier. This approach lets us do both: Attract new users who prefer paying in USD (USDT) and don’t want to lose money on exchange-rate volatility Reward holders with better discounts and stronger utility for CLORE And as we announced earlier: a portion of the marketplace revenue earned in USDT will be used for CLORE buybacks from the market. More users → more volume → more fees → more buybacks. 🚀
