🎓 Digital Skills for Academic, Career & Professional Growth The Commercial Graduates Association (CGA), in collaboration with HR 360, successfully conducted a practical training on Digital Skills for Academic, Career & Professional Growth on August 8, 2026, at CGA Hall. 💡 Key Highlights: • Dr. Dereje H. Woldegebreal introduced effective AI prompting using Persona, Context, Task, and Format (PCTF) and emphasized applying AI tools across different professions to improve productivity and professional growth. • Participants were encouraged to Stay Curious, Prompt Clearly, Experiment Boldly, Keep Refining, Improve & Repeat, and Verify AI-generated information. • BeamlaK Tesome demonstrated practical ways to use AI for CV preparation, job applications, vacancy analysis, interview preparation, and career development.
