https://justpaste.it/9n5o5 Ruling on (“Muslimahs” in particular) defaming Islamic rulings at kaafir courts ⬆️ If we were to ponder on the prevalence of “Muslimahs” using secular courts to obtain revenge against their ex-husbands, & intentionally/knowingly usurping the Shari’ah in order to do so, it should naturally lead us to the question of: “how many children today are being raised by apostates in ‘hijaab’ or even ‘niqaab?’” Is it any surprise then that these children grow up to be degenerates & no matter what methods are instituted to rectify their behaviours, nothing seems to work, leaving the parents, family & society perplexed. The aggravating factor is the overwhelming majority of effeminate “scholars,” in Dar al-Harb, in a bid to appease women, don’t address such a grave issue. They’ll talk about rectifying oppression on 15th Sha’baan & at other pertinent times in the Islamic calendar, but will not mention renewing Imaan, repenting from the dhulm of apostasy & the usurpation of the ex-husband’s rights. Allah Ta’aala granted foresight to our purportedly “misogynistic” & “backward” Fuqahah, many of whom stated it’s makrooh to marry a Muslimah in Dar al-Harb.

A number of recent examples of kuffar/zanadiqah schooling Muslims in their Deen from Tommy Robinson, to a Shi’i, both schooling “Deobandi Maulanas.” We had a priest schooling a “British Islaam” journalist & had a kaafirah publicly school Ali Dawah. We even had a kaafir agent of security services, in his hate, provide a concise & comprehensive definition of Dar al-Harb & Dar al-Islam - a topic you’ve probably never heard your Darul Uloom Shaykh-ul-Hadith speak about. We’re in a time where kuffar are producing or referring to classical texts that our “Ulama” have kept hidden from the laity in Dar al-Harb & when indoctrinated Muslims in the west hear these texts for the first time, they’re like: “Nooo! My Hadhrat said Izlaam means beace/peace.” “Noo! Child marriage is paedophilia.” “Noo! Jihaad is defensive only.” We’re living in an era of inversion, where Muslims are coming across the classical texts from the kuffar & rejecting our pious fuqahah in the name of “British Izlaam.” This is the consequence of “scholars” hiding complete Deen from the masses for decades, focusing exclusively on individual piety, & giving secularism free-reign, whilst residing in Dar al-Harb. Probably too late to turn the tide. A brother once mentioned, as one example only, that at the rate we’re going, the actions of Qawm-e-Lut should be “accepted” by Muslims in the near future. Arguably, it’s already “accepted.” A known gay “Mufti” moves around in our midst & Muslims are totally unperturbed. Desensitisation is a step towards, or is acceptance.

One of the ways that Muslims follow the disbelievers in to the lizard’s hole, step by step & cubit by cubit, without even realising, is through the step by step curriculum & incremental approach of secular education. By the time the graduate finishes his bachelors, his unwittingly wedded to secularism & kufr. This is an incontrovertible & indisputable fact in the majority of cases, & is well-known by those who have spent time in Tabligh Jamat with the youth. Recalibration is almost impossible as the indoctrination is all-pervasive. It’s some times easier to work on your regular kaafir than to get a secularly educated “Muslim” to be a Muslim again.

Bush subtly set up weak Muslims to apostatise by deceptive framing in 2001 when he stated: "Every nation, in every region, now has a decision to make. Either you’re with us, or you’re with the terrorists" Deceptive in the sense that the baatil (crusaders) looks like the haq & the haq is framed as baatil. Allah Ta’aala says: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَىٰ أَن تُصِيبَنَا دَائِرَةٌ ۚ فَعَسَى اللَّهُ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ أَمْرٍ مِّنْ عِندِهِ فَيُصْبِحُوا عَلَىٰ مَا أَسَرُّوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ نَادِمِينَ وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَهَٰؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ ۙ إِنَّهُمْ لَمَعَكُمْ ۚ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا خَاسِرِينَ One of the greatest signs of wilayah is offering support by any means (which will result in Muslims being massacred) & this is because many “Muslims” in the west have a sickness in their hearts, because they fear their comforts being taken away from Dar al-Harb & disaster striking them from the kuffar. What they conceal shall be exposed even if they try to hide within the efforts of Tabligh, Khanqah & Deobandism, in the same manner Abdullah ibn Ubayy ibn Salul was exposed.

An individual who addresses proof-based arguments with popular cliches is one who has pride & promotes quietism or privatised salvation (a strand of catholic mysticism/evangelism). He wishes to shut down the haq that challenges his desires, challenges his temporary worldly comforts &/or challenges the “religion” of his forefathers, (which in a no. of cases was secular “Islam”).

Al-Bukhari related, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah Radiallahu Anhu that Nabi ﷺ said: “Allah marvels at a people who enter Jannah in chains.” Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said in Fatḥ al-Bari: “The murad of ‘by the chains being on their necks’ is restricted to the haal of this dunya. So there’s nothing that precludes construing the wording literally. The implicit meaning is: they (captives) enter Jannah having been, before they submitted to Islam, in chains.” It will come, in the Tafsir of Surah Al ʿImraan, by another route, from Abu Hurayrah, concerning the verse: كنتم خير أمة أخرجت للناس [Qur’aan 3:110], that, he Abu Hurayrah, said: “The best of people for the people (is those that) bring them in chains upon their necks until they enter into Islam.” Ibn Jawzi: “Its meaning is that they were taken captive & bound. Then, when they came to recognise the soundness of Islam, they entered it willingly, & so entered Jannah. Thus the ikraah involved in capture & binding was the first sabab. And it’s as though he applied the term ‘chaining’ to ‘ikraah.’ And since ikraah was the cause in (respect of) entering Jannah, he set the effect in place of the cause.” All authoritative explanations for that Hadith says that "chains" refers to Muslims attacking & conquering kuffar lands & enslaving the men, women & children, & "Paradise" refers to those captives entering Islam by force.

In the authoritative Kitaab, Kabeeri the following Shar'i pronouncement is recorded:   "The husband is entitled to beat his wife for her neglect of Salaat or ghusl. And, if she does not abstain from her act of neglecting Salaat by means of beating, he can divorce her even though he is unable to pay her mahr (i.e. in the event of him not having yet paid her mahr). It's better that he meets Allah Ta'ala (in the Aakhirah) with the liability of the unpaid mehr than the burden of having cohabited with a woman who does not perform Salaat. Allah Ta'ala says (in Qur'an): 'Command your family with Salaat & be steadfast, thereon.”

al-Haskafi said (al-Durr al-Mukhtar, in the margin of Hashiyat Ibn Abidin, 3/188–189): "The master disciplines (yu’azziru) his slave, & the husband his wife, for her abandonment of the legally-prescribed/mandated adornment (al-zeenah al-shar’iyyah) despite her ability to perform it, & for her abandonment of ghusl from janabah, or for going out of the house without right, or if she uncovers her face before a non-mahram."
