سلام به همه دارنلی های عزیز امروز یک اصطلاح کاربردی داریم pat someone on the back یعنی: کسی را به خاطر کاری که خوب انجام داده تشویق کردن / تحسین کردن 🔹 معمولاً لفظی نیست (واقعاً لزوماً دست به پشت نمی‌زنی) 🔹 بیشتر معنای تشویق، آفرین گفتن، قدردانی کردن دارد. مثال خیلی ساده: • The teacher patted her on the back for her hard work. → معلم به خاطر زحمتش تشویقش کرد. مثال های دیگه : 1- “The math teacher patted Leo on the back for solving the hardest problem in class.” معلم ریاضی لئو رو به خاطر حل کردن سخت ترین مسئله در کلاس تشویق کرد. 2- I pat myself on the back for my hard work. من خودم رو برای تلاش سختم تشویق میکنم .
