  • Thank you all for today’s Deep Talk 🤍 I really appreciate your openness, honesty, and willingness to share what feels real — this is what makes our conversations so meaningful 🌿 And as always… it feels like there is never enough time. We would easily keep talking for hours, going deeper and deeper into these ideas and experiences.

  • Happy Monday everyone ⏰ Friendly reminder about today’s Deep Talk meeting 🤍 We’re meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. (Kyiv time) on Zoom. Today’s topic: Appreciating Your Own Efforts & Achievements — slowing down enough to notice your progress and give yourself credit where it’s due 🌿 Feel free to read the text before the meeting. 💻 Join here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82386735351?pwd=Srb9UcCoetzYqUNvrJKWpnrsxF0XBw.1

  • Many people are quick to acknowledge others’ achievements but struggle to truly register their own efforts. We often move from one goal to the next without pausing long enough to notice the small but meaningful signs of progress. In fact, many people are their own worst critics, which makes it even harder to recognise how far they have actually come. As a result, even significant achievements can gradually fade into the background of everyday life. A more grounded approach is to intentionally tune into your progress across different timeframes. In the course of a single day, this might mean recognising small wins such as handling a difficult conversation with composure or staying aligned with your intentions. Over the span of a week, it could involve reflecting on what you managed to follow through on despite distractions. Looking at a month’s perspective, you may notice emerging patterns of growth. And when you step back and take stock of your development over a year, you begin to see that you have come a long way, even if it didn’t always feel like it in the moment. This practice is not about self-congratulation or inflated self-image. It is about learning to give yourself credit where it’s due, while cultivating inner support, stability, and resilience. Over time, it helps you soften self-criticism, strengthen your inner foundation, and develop emotional steadiness that is not dependent on external validation.

  • ✨ Thank you for today’s Deep Talk meeting 🤍 Today, we focused on slowing down enough to notice our own efforts, instead of moving from one goal to the next without pause. As promised, here is the text we worked with during the session:

  • As promised, below are some practical activities for preventing and coping with burnout ⬇️ 1️⃣ Recognise early warning signs Persistent fatigue, irritability, lack of focus, or declining motivation. Being aware helps you take action before burnout gets severe. 2️⃣ Set boundaries Limit work hours, mute notifications after certain times, and protect personal/family time. Even small boundaries can help your energy last longer. 3️⃣ Prioritise tasks Focus on what truly matters and delegate or postpone non-essential work. Avoid being stretched too thin. 4️⃣ Schedule rest and recovery Short breaks during work, naps if possible, weekend downtime. Include activities that recharge you mentally and physically. 5️⃣ Stay socially connected Talk with trusted colleagues, friends, or family about challenges. Sharing reduces stress and prevents isolation. 6️⃣ Physical activity and self-care Even 20–30 minutes of exercise, walks, or stretching. Proper sleep, nutrition, and hydration help you run on full energy rather than empty. 7️⃣ Reflect and adjust priorities Take regular moments to review workload, responsibilities, and goals. Decide what is realistic and adjust expectations to avoid hitting a wall. 8️⃣ Seek professional support Psychologists, coaches, or mentors can help develop personal strategies for resilience. Learning to pour from an empty cup safely is a skill. Take care of your energy this week — not just your time.

  • Thank you for yesterday’s session, Deep Talkers 💬 It was a thoughtful and honest discussion — I really appreciated your openness and the way you reflected on burnout and your own experiences. These conversations are exactly what help us build awareness and support each other. And yes… once again I completely forgot to take a picture of us 📸 — which probably says a lot about how engaged we all were in the conversation 😄
