Final Results – 1 School, One Eco Project Competition 🌱 Sharing the environmental project video submitted by the Interact Club of Harmony Hills High School as part of the 1 School – One Eco Project Competition, organized by the Rotaract Club of Debo. Both schools presented strong research, thoughtful analysis, and practical solutions to real environmental challenges. ከነገ ጀምሮ በፕላስቲክ ከረጢት እቃ መያዝም ሆነ መሸጥ በሕግ እንደሚያስቀጣ ያውቃሉ? *** ከነገ ጀምሮ በፕላስቲክ ከረጢት እቃ መያዝም ሆነ መሸጥ በሕግ ያስቀጣል። ታዲያ ለገበያ ምን ይዘን እንውጣ? ከቤትዎ ሲወጡ የጨርቅ ከረጢት ወይም ዘላቂ የሆኑ የሸመታ ከረጢቶችን መያዝዎን ያረጋግጡ። ይህ አዲስ መመሪያ የአካባቢ ብክለትን ለመቀነስ ትልቅ እርምጃ ነው። የፕላስቲክ ከረጢቶች በአካባቢ ላይ የሚያደርሱትን ጉዳት ለመቀነስ የሚደረገው ጥረት የሚደነቅ ቢሆንም፣ የኅብረተሰቡን የዕለት ተዕለት ፍላጎት ለማሟላት በቂ ተኪ ምርቶች ተዘጋጅተው ይሆን? በዚህ ጉዳይ ምላሽ የሰጡት በፌደራል አካባቢ ጥበቃ ባለስልጣን የከተማ ቆሻሻ አያያዝ እና አወጋገድ ክትትል ዴስክ ኃላፊ አቶ ዋሲሁን አለሙ እንደገለጹት ፤ መንግሥት እና የግል ባለሀብቶች ፕላስቲክ ከረጢትን ተኪ ምርቶች ላይ እየሰሩ ስለመሆናቸው ነው ከኢቢሲ ዶት ስትሪም ጋር በነበራቸው ቆይታ ያነሱት ። ያቀረቧቸውን ነጥቦች መሠረት በማድረግ፣ ስለ ተኪ ምርቶቹ እና ስለ ሕጉ አፈጻጸም ዝርዝር መረጃዎችን በሚከተለው መልኩ ማጠቃለል ይቻላል፦ ✅ ከጥጥ ጨርቅ የሚሰሩ ከረጢቶች፦ እነዚህ ከረጢቶች ታጥበው ለረጅም ጊዜ የሚያገለግሉ በመሆናቸው ለዘላቂነት ተመራጭ ናቸው። ✅ ከካኪ (ወረቀት) የሚሰሩ ምርቶች፦ በተለይ ለደረቅ ዕቃዎች እና ለምግብ ነክ ግብይቶች ውጤታማ ናቸው። ✅ የማምረት አቅም፦ በአሁኑ ወቅት ሶስት ትላልቅ ተቋማት በቀን እስከ 55,000 የሚደርሱ የጨርቅ ከረጢቶችን እያመረቱ ሲሆን፣ በርካታ ጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዞችም በስፋት እየተሳተፉ ይገኛሉ። የመንግሥት ድጋፍ እና ማበረታቻ ሕጉን ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ መንግሥት የሚከተሉትን ማበረታቻዎች እያቀረበ ይገኛል፦ ✅ከቀረጥ ነፃ መብት፦ ተኪ ምርቶችን የሚያመርቱ ማሽኖችን ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ ለማስገባት ከቀረጥ ነፃ መብት ተሰጥቷል። የፋይናንስ ድጋፍ፦ አምራቾች ካፒታል እንዲያገኙ ከባንኮች እና ከሚመለከታቸው ተቋማት ጋር የውይይት መድረኮች ተመቻችተዋል። ጥሬ ዕቃ፦ ምንም እንኳን በጥሬ ዕቃ ላይ የተወሰነ ቀረጥ ቢኖርም፣ ምርቱን ለማሳደግ ጥረቶች እየተደረጉ ነው። ✅ሊታረሙ የሚገባቸው የተሳሳቱ አመለካከቶች ባለሙያው እንደገለጹት፣ "ያልተሸመነ ጨርቅ" (Non-woven fabric) ከፕላስቲክ ጋር ተመሳሳይነት ስላለው እና ለረጅም ጊዜ ስለማያገለግል፣ አምራቾችም ሆኑ ሸማቾች ከዚህ ምርት ይልቅ ዘላቂ የሆኑ የጨርቅ ከረጢቶችን እንዲጠቀሙ ይመከራል። ✅የሸማቹ ሚና ሕጉ ውጤታማ እንዲሆን የሸማቹ ተሳትፎ ወሳኝ ነው። ✅ከቤት ይዞ መውጣት፦ እያንዳንዱ ሸማች ለገበያ ሲወጣ የራሱን ዘላቂ ከረጢት (Reusable bag) የመያዝ ልምድ ማዳበር ይኖርበታል። ✅ግንዛቤ፦ ፕላስቲክ የሚያስከትለውን የጤና እና የአካባቢ ጉዳት በመገንዘብ ሕጉን ማክበር። #EthiopianBroadcastingCorporation #plasticbagban #Ethiopia
